The location and AC. None

The Aircon could’ve been a bit stronger and not gone off at midnight, and we didn’t ask for extra pillows, but we each had one pillow and it was very flat. So two fellows per person would’ve been nice but again, we didn’t ask to see if there were more available.

Excellent location, 4 minutes walk from main train station. City bus lines across the entrance. Very big room, with AC and fridge. Big bathroom with shower. Comfy bed, Very good breakfast. N/A

Good location, but could be a bit closer to the centre. Nonetheless, it is only a 20 min walk, and there are buses.

Clean, modern, well located near bus stop to downtown Salzburg and close to train station, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast. Perfect for a family. Nothing. was perfect for our family.

The location was great! The facility was a short walk from the central train station and there was a bus stop right across the street from the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean and we were pleased with it. The breakfast was perfect - lots of options and plenty to eat. We did not go hungry! I don’t have anything negative to say about the facility.

The location was perfect, as well as the check in process and breakfast. The mini fridge in the room didn’t really worked, but the staff was helpful when we needed to use one. The shower was nice, however the water was coming out on the floor every time we shower in our room.

Clean, well designed, super host at reception. Check out times are way too early (10 am), like come on! Breakfast can improve with few more options. One of the staff was rude when requested for an iron.

It is close to the train station and the free ticket for the transportation was super handy! Breakfast was very good too. Since we had early train, we had to rush during the breakfast, it would be amazing if the breakfast can be a tiny bit earlier. It can be a bit noisy if the windows are open in summer.

Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, lovely shower (with both a hand held and rain shower head) and nice breakfast with staff that kept all refilled. Additionally the breakfast area had sufficient tables for guests to sit and eat comfortably. The hotel is located a short walk (or bus ride) to/from the train station and is on various bus routes making it simple to visit many tourist sites and go to the airport as well. Nothing

Great location just out of town, but right next to bus stop if you get tired of walking. Clean rooms and tremendous customer service upon arrival. Breakfast was great as well!!!

Room is too small, and a bit old.

A little farther walk than I thought for most things, but cannot beat the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very easy to get where we wanted to be. Kind staff, great rooms, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again!

The breakfast was convenient and had adequate variety. The location close to the U3 subway station was very good. The apartment size was great. The thermostat was locked but sometimes the apartment seemed cold as there was no apparent heat for the overnight and cooler mornings in early May, 50's F. Also, the cooktop would start but shutoff almost immediately. I didn't use it and the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker and electric kettle got me through. A tea towel or dish towel would have been a plus.

Very clean room and friendly staff.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We usually sleep with a window open but the street noise was too much. Once we closed the window it was very quiet.
