We had a great 2 nights here. The location is great as there is a bus stop across the road to get into the old town, train station etc. And the transport is super quick and easy to use. Included in the tourist tax you get a transport ticket which the team at Genta organized for us. There is a little bakery next door which was perfect for a quick breakfast. We work online and this hotel had great Wi-Fi for our work calls. The room was clean and everything was set up nicely for us. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent quality and value. Very comfortable beds. The family apartment was excellent value. Only downside is it is a bit further from old town. Having said that, though, the bus service was easy and quick.

Nothing Everything. No receptionist, the main entrance is never closed, it makes us feel unsafe. The AC was broken for the first day and night during a hot summer day

A small room, but very clean, you feel good, very close to the highway, if you are in transit, or for being close to Salzburg. I forgot my laptop there and the staff was very helpful to keep it till I come back. Thank you very much one more time.

Very clean with a good location and parking option. Near the parking there is small place with a table for eating outside or smoking. Unfortunately no elevator and no balcony. There is a bit of sound of the rails nearby but was not annoying for us.

Wonderful place to stay in Salzburg! Very clean, quiet, has AC, good price, and there’s even a bakery in the building. Though it’s a tad outside of the main Salzburg area, there’s a bus stop right outside, so transit to the main area is easy.

Hotel was close to a highway, very clean and staff was very pleasant. Tiny room for 3 people - for one night it was ok but cannot imagine staying there for longer.
