The breakfast was good The bathroom wasn’t dirty and everything worked but whoever did the tile grout work should have been fired. It really needs to be redone

The only negative issue was the noise from other guest in the hallway , loud voices could be heard in your room . A good practice would be to put signs on each floor informing new guest to respect other guest by being quiet in the hallways .

The breakfast were delicious and plentiful. Staff very friendly. As we were on the 7th floor, it was quiet, so had a peaceful nights sleep. The shower head was obviously broken and had been fixed with what looked like tape, however, it didn’t really work, as the water sprayed everywhere! Still, there was plenty of hot water, and that’s the main thing! Unusually there was a bathtub, which suited my husband, as he loves a bath, however, for those with mobility issues, thus might be a problem having to step over the side of a bath to have a shower.

Great option to stay on your way to/from the south: easy and free of toll road, 7-11 is 2 minutes walking, we had a room with 2 bedrooms, living room and really huge balcony (however, no furniture at all there). Breakfast is enough to choose something. It is dirty at open terraces and near the pool because of pigeons (a lot of them)

Nice balcony. Good swimming pool. Stayed in family room room (No. 701). Aircon was temperamental. Toilet did not flush well & had to do it several times to clear. During shower water can leak out on floor due to shower head positioning. And room not as spacious as expected with balcony given too much floor space. Too far to walk to nearest BTS station.

Property was clean and a very good size. I found check-in very frustrating as receptionist hardly spoken any English. Night staff didn’t seem like they knew what to do.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, rooms clean and tidy. Not a good shower, the pool area is covered in pigeon droppings, restaurant area staff bar one not at all friendly, breakfast very poor and cold, a little salt in the scrambled egg might help and keeping the coffee section open on later than 18.00 hrs

Value for money. Very clean. Remote location faraway from Town Breakfast is nothing. Just bread, sausage and omlet
