Everything is really good and amazing, Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the air conditioner is perfect and has everything we needed.

Close to the sea, beautiful beach! Facilities are super small, containers that serve as rooms are suffering from salt corrosion, painting is getting loose

Location Dirty beach. Didn’t swim one day out of the 8 days reserved. Told 3 different staff members drain in shower didn’t drain and water on floor. Unanswered to resolution. Found out morning leaving that we could have visited franchise hotels and beaches with no problem, however never mentioned 8 days prior. Won’t stay again.

The location was good Javier was wonderful The rooms are ridiculously small. I have never needed to side step to get around the bottom of the bed. Thru were shipping containers. In the 6 nights we were there, the owner hosted 3 parties which took over the resort, shut the kitchen and negatively impacted our stay. And when we asked for restaurant recommendations, we were told to go into town. Luckily we didn’t heed that advice and went Nextdoor to Cocoplum which was much better food than Reina anyway. There was very loud music that vibrated our room til 1:37am. I had high hopes for this place and would never stay there again.

Staff was excellent. Especially Javier and jenny. Accomadtion (room) was very small. Bathroom shower stall you could hardly fit into. No hot water.

Fantastic. Perfect location to enjoy holidays. I would love to stay there again. Great atmosphere, great beach, great decoration and very kind staff. Most of them speaks only Spanish, so at the beginning it was a bit difficult but they were very helpful ! I would recommend this place to everybody We had to ask a staff to fix toilet a few times and there is no hot shower really. It’s not cold water but no hot shower (which was okay at the end because of weather)

Great customer service, all rooms are just feet away from the ocean. Breakfast is included and it’s made to order fresh. You can also make reservations for most adventures like scuba diving paragliding, etc.on site. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel, super friendly staff, good location by the sea. Small room and bathroom, a bit uncomfortable for staying in the room, but compensated by the almost private beach.

Staff was amazing they take great care of the property and clients. The beach was very dirty, lots of trash and algae on the shore, the room was clean but very small outdated and falling apart.

Amazing location right on the beach. Away from downtown. Cleanliness and size of the bathrooms. The food at the hotel was not good. Would advise not to eat there.

The rooms are too small, no heater for the shower. Too much algae in the shore of the beach.

Quiet place, nice beach, good reception and restaurant service. Too small bedroom, shower sink problems and low quality cocktails at the beach.
