I didn’t like anything at all Staff, food and location were terrible

Actually I didint like anything Front desk very disorganized. Your check in is awful. Everyone is waiting at the lobby and none of your employees offered any refreshments. Food was disgusting. Room was ok until water was coming from the ceiling.

The food that they offered was rather nice I would like to get some information about how I would go about getting a refund for our stay here. If I was to explain just some of the complications and disaster situations that they have put myself and my family through, you would find it hard to believe. The condition and the state of the facilities and buildings in this resort are beyond renovation, this place needs to be demolished. Upon arrival we were given a room very small and very old. PowerPoints that were very unsafe and pulled out of the wall when trying to disconnect our appliances, no hot water, a fridge that does not work even though my wife requires a fridge for her breast milk as we are tending to our eight month old baby, and an air-conditioner that was constantly malfunctioning. Upon talking to the reception they assured us that these things would be fixed, then they quickly suggested that we would change room to a better more suitable room for our baby. The room that they gave us for the last two nights was greatly worse than the first room. The only PowerPoint that worked was a PowerPoint over the bathroom sink. The air-conditioner made so much noise that it distracted all of us from sleeping. We told reception within the first 10 minutes of receiving the second room about the Aircon, and they assured us that they would get maintenance there ASAP, yet no one or nothing has been done about it for two days. It was on the second floor now, so we had to carry our baby and pram upstairs every time we left or came to our room, and again there is no hot water and this morning our last day here there has been no water at all all morning. That means no water to wash any of my wife’s breastfeeding equipment or baby bottles. They have also put us right next to the main kitchen which is busy from 6 am until 10:30 pm at night, and last night they had construction work in the kitchen that was incredibly loud until 2:30 am in the morning.

For the price we paid the quality of the food was not good at all, we tried making lunch a dinner reservations to another Decameron but the platform did not work, they never explained we has to contact someone from the hotel. The olatform opens at 8 to make the reservatiom and closes at 8:05.

I had a great time on the beach and I enjoyed the pools and shows and events that the hotel offered as well as the games available for guest to use. They also had great food and amazing drinks. I did enjoy that aspect very much. If you’re looking for a large selection they had a great selection and great table service. It seemed that the property was not upkept very well. The room was messy and even a bit dirty. The wall seemed to have dried blood on it and the shower head had so much calcium built up the water barely came out. I also had an incident with staff where they did not refund me for a service I no longer wanted to use after I declined a partial refund. They offered me a partial refund and after I said I’d rather just have a full refund and they can keep the deposit they then changed their mind and kept the entire amount. It was towards the end of my trip however so I did not want to cause a scene especially since I was on a vacation so I let the matter go but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Our fire alarm was also uninstalled and left in a drawer and we had one single light in the entire room and one single outlet which was the TV outlet. Also we had a single lock to rely on the safety lock was broken as if the room had been broken into before.

Kind staff, well located, tasty food Rooms are in bad state. I had to change rooms because the first one was really bad, really dark with "wooden" type walls, full of mosquitos, smelled damp. Bathroom faucets/appliances are really old and corroded, electricity outlets broken. Pools water clearly needed treatment, were not clean, dirty clumpy hairs all over. The second room was better, but similar issues with faucets being old, poor shower, and the toilet didn't flush.

Food at this all inclusive resort was very interesting. Great variety,, every day something different was served. Staff very friendly and helpful. The quality of toilet equipment in the room. No matter how often the staff member was fixing it for us, it kept failing. It was very frustrating every time we had to use it.

Nothing It’s too far, they don’t help you with your requests . Is not as an all inclusive should be. Don’t spend money here.

Staff was helpful, but we needed to keep asking for things that they should have informed at first. Bed was good and that is only it in the bedroom. Swimming pool is good and clean. No information about facilities, restaurants, pool, etc when we arrived, they just gave a key and took us to the room. We had to figure out ourselves where things are and what we could/could not do. Reception is close to the band, it was impossible to hear what they were speaking. Same boring events/activities everyday. Too expensive for the services provided. Location: it is very far from town center.
