As far as all inclusive...the drinks seem to be water down and not given in full size drink cups...the food buffet was cold and same food every day. Room pictures are over rated

Staff attitudes in general in San Andres are less attentive and accomodating than in most resort areas, there seems to be more of a sense of resentment towards visitors and a sense of entitlement than in other locations. Coffee/ beverage service was slow and forgetful, the snack bar often opened late, and the food was cold, both at the snack bar and at breakfast (cold eggs, french fries, hamburgers). For lunch the chicken was routinely horribly overcooked, cold, and dry. Dinner was definitely the best meal each day, quality-wise.

There was no hot water, my view from the balcony was a trash yard. Some of the staff was rude. Food and drinks were of low quality.

i made reserve for four persons and the pictures had 3 beds. they game a room with 2 beds. when i asked by phone to front desk for anything, they dont worry, only said ok ok but not resolve.

The breakfast was okey. Pool area was good. The location is great. The price is quite high compare to others.

The food was good and the oasis pool was very fun. The customer service of the staff is horrible. You have to beg for them to take your drink order during meals, and when you ask for them to do anything you get a delayed response and a weird look. There are only 2 options for drinks during meals, and it’s usually watered down juice. There is no water pressure or hot water in the hotel.

It definitely not worth the price. this "hotel" should be a $50 night and even at that price i wouldnt say. The "all inclusive" , Food was terrible, drink also terrible. Its like cafeteria food . Drink served in cups. everything done by chain. the place need Major renovation, by major i mean redo all the hotel. Shower barely working, hot tub/jacuzzi cracked all over the place. room as old as 50 years. I would not stay there and i do not recommand at all the place

The place overall needs some renovation here and there. When looking in more detail, one can see the things that needs renovation or replacement. Our toilet had very low pressure while flushing. Also the wifi signal, at least in the 5th floor where we were, was very bad. Nevertheless I would recommend this nice hotel to other people and I would gladly return here one day

Construction all around and the all inclusive price didn't meet expectations. Staff wasn't very attentive and the food and drinks where just OK, but not great at all. Also the pictures aren't exactly really how the hotel looks and its surroundings as this are all made to look alot better than what it really is.

Location was good. Food was amazing, drinks were alright, sometimes they were missing ingredients. Definitely too expensive for what it delivers, but overall, the island has some crazy prices. Hotel is a little old, expected more for the price.
