The location was convenient for a short stay and the taxi driver I found outside was very kind and helpful. The exterior area and pool looked nice as well. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience for me. When I arrived, I had four bags with me: a large suitcase, a small roller bag, a duffel bag, and a backpack. The receptionist watched me struggle carrying everything up the stairs to reception and then again up to the second floor where my room was located without offering any assistance at all. I understand it may not technically be her job to carry luggage, but offering to help with even one small bag or my backpack would have been a basic courtesy and a much more welcoming experience for a guest arriving alone with multiple bags. When I checked in, I explained that I had a morning dive scheduled and would return around noon. The receptionist told me I would need to fully check out before leaving because checkout was at 12 p.m. I asked if they could at least store my luggage afterward, and she responded with an eye roll and an unfriendly attitude. Because of the way this was communicated, I ended up canceling my dive. I didn’t want to return tired from diving without being able to shower, change clothes, or prepare before traveling to the other side of the island. The frustrating part is that the next morning they suddenly informed me that late checkout was available for 10,000 COP per extra hour. If I had been told that the day before, I absolutely would have paid for an extra hour and would not have canceled my dive. To make matters worse, someone knocked on my door at 11 a.m. asking if I was still in the room even though checkout was not until noon. When I finally left and asked the receptionist if she could help call a taxi, she rolled her eyes again and said she had no taxi contacts. I found that surprising because helping guests with transportation is a very basic service most accommodations provide. The WiFi was also very poor and the bathroom was not very comfortable. Overall, the lack of communication and poor attitude from staff made this a disappointing stay.

Everything was as described

The room and bathroom was not clean, as well as towels. The room only had a bed por the same price as other facilities with two beds. The location was far from the best beaches and downtown. There was no service of internet. The locker to secure personal items did not work.

Location, was great!! 5 minutes with Scooter to the center, was very clean and staff very friendly and smiling! The pool also was an amazing extra, even if we are in the Caribbean sea I enjoyed a nice morning bath! Was extremely a good experience!!!

The location was everything. We could walk from the airport. It was 15 minutes. We could walk to the downtown area where the beach to swim was within 10 to 15 minutes. All of the restaurants and shopping stores were there. There was also a grocery store within about a five minute walk. The only thing I can say that I did not like, but it was not really a problem was there was not really a living room area

The location, the property, the cleaning. It was quite amazing being here and exceeded our expectations. Thank a lot for the comfortable stay! It’s true that you hear the flights, but we feel is a whole island issue. With earplugs the problem was sorted easily

I only stayed here one night in transit to Providencia. The location is convenient to the airport, and much quieter than the bustling central tourist area. The pool was lovely for a nighttime dip. I arrived a couple hours before check-in and nobody was on the premises, even though I'd advised them about my flight time. I wanted to leave my bags and go for lunch, and I had to literally throw my bags over the gate and hope for the best.

nice villa ; very nice and friendly welcome; well located close to airport and the beach ; a nice walk along the malecon to the centre; nice simple restaurants in the neighborhood cheaper than the rest of town ; we did not use the swimming pool but it looked great; room was big; AC worked well ; fridge in the room;

Comfortable, clean, big room. Very nice staff. Very close to the airport, the beach and the city center. The advantage of being very close to the airport is at the same time a big disadvantage because of the first aircraft leaving the airport at 4 o'clock in the morning just above your head. But if you don't mind this (for example when staying only one night to catch your flight to Providencia Island the next day) I would however recommend the hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good A/C, modern bathroom, we appreciated the balcony. Pretty quiet, there are not many airplanes at night (and you can walk to the airport). Shops and small restaurants around the corner. The balcony floor is in dire need of a thorough scrubbing, we got very black feet out there ? It’s quite a walk to the center of North End, around 2 km.

staff was amazing. very helpful. the first day we had a problem with the air conditioner and after trying to fix it unsuccessfully they moved us to a new room the same day. rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. aire good and cold. hot water in shower if you want it.

Its lovlely house and good location .. What ever we needed we got response in a matter of minutes. Nice, kind and responsive staff …
