This is a decent facility. Has a nice pool, beach front property is great. Access to the city and airport is fantastic. Staff is generally friendly. Check in was good experience. We got a great room (maybe lucky?)...Nice beverage choices for dinner. You do not get what you pay for. The snack bar is literally two choices and not properly staffed. The restaurant (buffet) is average. Sometimes you can't park your buggy correctly.

The reception were polite and honest regarding the poor condition of the hotel and the unsafeness and poor quality of the hotel room itself. The room had a broken lock and the door would not safely close/lock. The room had clearly been broken into as the door was broken as well as the lock on the door yet the hotel had just sanded the door tried to cover up the hole and left the broken lock on the door. The bathroom had MOLD in the shower and on the ceiling and vents. The pillows had dirt stains on them as well as the bed itself. Completely unsanitary and unsafe for occupation. I have requested that I be contacted by hotel management and nobody has bothered to respond.

it was very close the airport, within walking distance! it was a smaller hotel which was nice and the staff was amazing!!! the food was good and never any line ups. it was also nice you could book a dinner at the other Decameron hotels on the island the pillows were a bit lumpy and the rooms were very damp. my clothes were still damp when I got home 2 days later

the staff were very nice though one of the staff tried hitting on my wife. the pool was immaculate. we had zero wifi in our room until the very last night of our stay. the food was decent but I was not a fan of whatever was used at lunch was used for something else for dinner. the beach area was very small so it was not what we expected.
