I thought it was peaceful, people were super nice!! The breakfast was great!!! Overall a good atmosphere. The hotel has a nice pool and a bar and you can hang out there too. People that come here seem very nice and respectful. I don’t have a complain about the hotel. However, If you want a nightlife and go where all the restaurant and shops are, you will need to rent a car or get a taxi. $30 mil Colombian pesos.. you could try the bus which is cheaper, but if you want to be comfortable then you need a taxi and that will add to your trip cost.

There is no beach as advertised and hotel is surronded by a junkyard.

Great location/ Walk upstairs

The breakfast is great. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and surrounding areas. That was a huge problem when my wife and daughter were unable to communicate with me when they were having flight delay issues. that is my reason for not giving a higher rating.

it’s nice to look at and has a large pool The staff and overall experience. First, we arrived around 10pm and they couldn’t find our booking. Even when I showed the confirmation, it took 30 minutes for them to show us to our room. Then, we realized our room had no towels so we had to go back to reception. Then a staff member came back up 10 minutes later to tell us they forgot to charge us, so we went back down but their machine wasn’t working so after 20 minutes they let us go back upstairs. In the morning, breakfast was very limited and the staff wasn’t happy if you asked for a second portion even though it was a buffet. At checkout they tried to charge us double the cost of our stay instead of the price on our confirmation from Booking.com, and it took another 25 minutes before they’d let us pay the price we booked it for. Was a very chaotic experience and I will never stay here again or recommend it.

the staff, Restaurant, Pool. No phone to communicate to the front desk, the bathroom was in bad condition, the balcony door was almost open all the time.the worse is the location, far away from the center and the beach.

Breakfast was great, specially prepared for you when you are ready. The location is a bit far from the center but with renting a motorcycle it was perfect

The entrance road that takes you to the hotel is a dirt road. However everything in the hotel offset the little dirt road.

Beds were very comfortable balcony had a nice view to the sea as well as inward towards the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a distinct sewage smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom. The breakfast choices were a bit limited.
