I love how it is designed it is very modern and beautiful and very clean. The way that the shower drain works, after being in the beach the drain is not a good fit for sand.

It is clean and very new as advertise in the pictures, the Jacuzzi washrooms have plenty of strong water, they have hot and cold water, spacious washrooms, really good powerful air-conditioning. The rooftop is amazing and very quiet. Overall place is very, very nice. The only way to communicate to the front counter is through WhatsApp; convenient, but will be nice to have a backup option.

Nice location, hot water for shower. Great location. Great WiFi. Great aircon. Room was too humid needing a good dehumidifier, bathroom fixtures such as toilet paper holder needed maintenance

I have nothing good to say after getting sick from mold exposure! My husband and I had reserved the hotel for a week. Day 4 I started to get really sick with respiratory symptoms. Day 5 my symptoms got worse and my husband had the same symptoms when he woke up. Day 6 was the worse when we woke up. We couldn’t get out of bed and slept from 10pm to 3pm the following day and needed to cancel our plans. That same day, we noticed when we were outside the room our symptoms improved, but were worse when we woke up each morning. My mother in law suggested there could be mold in the hotel. That’s when we looked up and holy cow, small black dots everywhere. We also noticed there was a storage area left open near the elevators with really bad mold. As soon as we saw all this mold we left to my sister in laws Airbnb. We told the hotel staff and they said “yeah it’s an island and it’s really humid, we try our best to manage the mold.” No refund or anything offered. Something tells me they knew about the mold!

Highlights: location, cleanliness, facilities the beds, pillows and sheets were clean and confortable, big towels, and clean bathroom. Plus: the coffee machine, water dispenser and jacuzzi. The room was comfortable overall, but the intermittent light from the fire alarm and the steady “on” light of the air conditioner made it brighter than expected at night.

staff, location and top roof space. general issue with san andres that week was internet, even the 4g was having issue and therefore sometimes the hotel wifi, but i do not beliave is an hotel issue

The hotel is new and modern compared to many options on the island, and it actually has hot water — a big plus. The room had all the basics I needed for a functional and comfortable stay. There isn’t an on-site restaurant, though there are food options close by in the city center. It’s more of a simple, functional base than a full-service resort.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Was nice we could text through WhatsApp and get what we needed for the room and they arranged our taxi back to airport. Everyone was great. Great location- walking distance to everything, great wifi, + hot water. The door didn’t close right. You had to slam the door to close it, not just ours but everyone. So because of this kept waking me up all hours of night/ morning

The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of stores around, and only about ten minutes from the police deck, which is where many boat and water activities start. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and the bathroom had lots of hooks and rails, which I found really useful. The air-conditioning and TV worked great, and the shower had clean, hot water—something I appreciated, especially after hearing that some hotels in San Andrés have salty or only cold water. There’s also a free coffee machine in the lobby with options like espresso and macchiato. The rooftop is simple but pleasant; I didn’t try the jacuzzi, but it looked nice. There’s not much of a view from the hotel, but that’s more due to the surrounding area than the hotel itself. My only real complaint is that there’s no place or machine on-site to buy bottled water or snacks—a small vending machine would really improve the experience.
