The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. There was honestly nothing to dislike. The warmth of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere made for an exceptional stay.

Absolutely lovely property in San Andres. We were told at the airport it’s the newest property in San Andres and it shows. It feels like a little oasis in the middle of Thailand. The rooms are beautiful finished and the property itself is absolutely stunning. They provided a nice tray of snacks and mini bottles of alcohol free of charge. The staff was also very helpful, facilitating transportation to/from the airport and were proactive with things like giving us bug spray, etc. They also have golf carts onsite that you can rent—we paid 220k for a half day rental. We also had dinner at the hotel both nights. The food was delicious and not outrageously expensive—sandwiches and burgers were 40-50k and main dishes (not lobster) were 70-80k. If we are ever back in San Andres we will absolutely stay here. Nothing! It was perfect.

The check in process was very smooth. The location is on the west side of the island and a little ways from downtown and the airport, but they will happily arrange a taxi pick up. The place is so beautiful!!! The staff was so amazing as well. They treat you like royalty. The restaurant on the premise was so delicious. If you don’t want to leave the place you don’t have to. They have everything you need there. The rooms were definitely one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels in Colombia. The bed was huge and so comfy. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had great water pressure and hot water. My flight the next day was delayed by a lot of hours and they arranged a late check out for me so I could just chill by the pool all day. It was so relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I wish I stayed longer and I will definitely be back.
