Most of them tried their best to make arrangements and make us feel good even though it was not so easy given the conditions of the hotel. They tried to change our reservation blaming booking.com about not giving us the real information, instead of triple room they wanted to give us a triple and a single (during check in) for what I payed, then the rooms... they were so dirty, the curtains had stains and holes on them, the safe box was broken, the bathrooms looked like they were from a horror movie in the getto, the bases of the beds were ripening and the sheets had hairs and what we don't know if it was bubble gum or seamen , and my children's room's door did not close we had to wait for three hours give or take for a person to fix it and then wait again to fix it properly the second time, is not all inclusive , there are no snacks, unlimited drinks go until 11pm, and if you are not an alcoholic there is nothing for you to drink, they do not make arrangements if you need to eat breakfast before time, the maids are not pleasant, there are leaks from the floor above us dripping down leaving ponds in the hallway, there is no bug control so you can find bugs in the middle of the night crawling around your room even if you are on a second or third floor, there is no covid safety procedure, if you want to play the house games you have to pay or buy something from their store, and their jacuzzi has cold Water but is almost never on and all the swimming facilities are dirty, I got a knot of hairs floating tight in front of my face. Is difficult to arrive to this hotel and the hotel does not show any interest in being helpful to their clients. There is much more to say but this is the must important.

It's not bad for the value. Food, not air conditioning for the last 2 days of my stay , the staff was not really helpful.

Nothing I liked of the property. I booked for 4 days and as soon I arrived to the old and bad smelling hotel, I found another hotel and left from Vacation Blue Cove. I stayed just one night in that nightmare hotel. it is an insane hotel full of worm and mosquitos, the rooms smell horrible, no tv, halls to arrive to the rooms smell very bad, you can’t control de air conditioning. The food is really bad and the service of the employees of the hotel in the restaurant is VERY BAD. i believe this hotel needs a visit from the health secretary of the government of San Andres, because, it is simple, you can’t sleep there due to the insane conditions. The current photos of the hotel are may be, 20 years old. the swimming pool looks like never was cleaned. There was no transportation from the hotel to the city (8 Km far) and the hotel services, don’t care about. DO NOT COVID PROCEDURES IN THE HOTEL. everything do not like it. I told to the General Manager of the hotel, a lady called Maria Claudia Vega to file a complaint about the hotel and get my money back, but it seems, she does not care about what I told her.

Nice all inclusive, specially if you travel with kids, ok drinks and good food, rooms are nice but could use a quick makeover When we arrive there is a group of people trying to sell you this deals with lies, is such a waste of time and again they lie to get you to buy things

Very friendly staff, delicious and generous food. Central location with good access to transportation, easy to visit beaches and shopping in the island. Check in time is too late, 5pm. A lot of guests was complaining about that. We arrived at 1pm and we have to wait for 4 hours at the leaving room.
