Location is on the west side of the island, easy to find. Very nice property but seemed like only half was renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They assisted with providing transportation, food options and such. The yellow room with 6 beds was pleasant and very pretty with macrame decorations, but not renovated. The lady that cooked and cleaned was very sweet but I'm not sure where the disconnect was with the things that were missing. The breakfast was the same thing every day (arepa and egg), some days they had run out of fruit. It was rather boring and could have changed daily to possibly something like plantain and a fried egg for example. The bathroom was terrible. The bathroom had no shower head and it was just a stream of water that was barely enough to clean with. The shower curtain was extremely cheap with cheap hooks that wouldn't close properly and when you showered the water went everywhere. I had to ask for floor mats, and toilet paper. There were many of us in a 6 bedroom room so obviously we would use a lot of toilet paper. The side of the property we were on needed a lot of work. There was water coming in under the stairs, and downstairs. The bathroom had poor lighting and was missing simple things such as a towel hook and a place to put the bar soap. It became wet, muddy, and with flies coming in from the rain it was pretty gross. There was no trash can in the kitchen area so there it was difficult to control trash that was building up. No rug at the sliding door so it became wet and muddy which was unpleasant. They tried to accommodate but I shouldn't have had to ask for so many things. The space needs updating and with a few basic things added can be better. We had to ask for towels several times because they would get wet and dirty and were even on the floor so that they could switch them out and then in one occasion they picked them up from the floor and hung them up in the additional room we had instead of replacing them.

No bunk beds, so you don't have anyone below or above you. Very big open, common space, big garden and big space with tables and sofas to sit on. Very quiet and decent WiFi a bit out of the centre so there's not many restaurants or even shops. so if they don't serve food, or you are hungry or you go to the city centre which is far (taxi costs 30k COP). there are quite a lot of mosquitoes around and in the bathroom

Really nice and quiet garden, awesome included breakfast, you can have snacks and drinks (no restaurant tho). the staff are really friendly and helpful. 3 minutes from the beautiful shore (but no beach tho), buses can drive you all around the island from 3600 cop, you may have to wait a bit. No restaurant in the hotel. A small one at Big Mama, 5 minutes walk. No privacy in the dorms (no bunk beds, no curtains, that could really be improved - no photos of dorms in the description), not much water in the shower (but that may be everywhere here), no hot water neither. The swimming pool is smaller was cleaned everyday but I think the water needs changing every 1 month..
