It was in a convenient location. The king size beds are not full king size beds, they are queens.

Nice hotel, big redone rooms. Amazing for the price. Pool has not been redone!

The sheets were all stained, there was no hot water, the room smelled, and the fire alarms went off at 9:30am and scared us and then there was announcement to let us know if it was a real fire or false alarm.

Room was clean and spacious

Breakfast options and area. Room was spacious Front desk at check out (not check in) was friendly. Firstly, they wouldn’t accept several types of cards for incidentals that other hotels do accept. Bathroom light only half worked, cold water would intermittently work in the bathroom sink, other times it would emit a loud noise and barely flow. There was trash and candy under the sofa sleeper when we pulled it out. There was no bedding for the sleeper (even though we booked a room For 5 people) and the phone did not work in the room to ask front desk about the supplies. We had to sign for the bedding that should be included in our stay. Sofa sleeper was the most thin mattress we’ve seen on our travels. There were so many issues, we will avoid comfort suites now.

The bathroom was dirty and I didn’t like the fact that I stayed there 2 days and housekeeping knocking at your door every morning around 9:30-10am.

The staff was great and the room was very clean.

The floor to the room was very sticky like if they hadn’t mopped it. There was a pillow with a dirty pillowcase and a towel was also dirty had a black stain.

Front staff was super sweet. Air was turned on and room was cool when we checked in which was great because we were ready to just go to sleep it was so late. Room was clean. Nice breakfast selection and even my low carb husband loved their egg bites.

Hot tub did not work. Lounge chair in pool area broken.

Nothing. Front Desk is absolutely TRASH. Alexis Rodgers. Very rude employee. Doesn’t know her job. The worst customer service I’ve received in a while.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and as soon as we checked in, the front desk staff was very hospitable and courteous. The breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. Our room was a great size and comfortable.

2nd Comfort I've stayed in. Wasn't as good as the first, but still ok. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms was nice and cold. And it was really big. Only 2 issues. The curtains dont close so theres a gap in the shade and the light is bright. The first one wasn't like that. 2nd issue was the bottom of the bed. Was some sort of metal and every time you laid down or moved it would make this drum sound.
