Good location and price. Breakfast was typical, waffles boiled eggs oatmeal cereal, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. There was an odor coming from the bathroom sink drain. The more we used it the better it got

Awesome location

Stale cigarette smoke smell in lobby. Linoleum flooring in room was dirty and stained, mounds of debris under the bedside tables, in corners. Body hair in bed linens and in shower.Turned shower to hot and it never got above luck warm. Check-in staff was friendly;no complaints with her.

An easy stay without issues. Micro-hotels are compact and easy. The signs for giving tips. Interactions are minimal, if any, and yet these signs were posted around.

Staff friendly, clean place. Only real problem was the beds were so high it was hard to get into, especially for shorter people. This made it uncomfortable. Won't be able to stay at one of these hotels due to this, as well as physical problems make even harder.

I booked a room last minute to get my son off to college and I was surprised of how clean the facility was. Although I wish they had a pool, it was nice and affordable

Clean The shower was only hot water NO COLD. When we advised front desk, we were not offered another room. The gentleman at front desk did not make himself visible in front. He stayed in back room. We were having difficulties with coffee, it was not pouring coffee. We just left to get coffee elsewhere

The location was around several restaurants. The pillows had yellow stains on them. Our bed sheets were covered with hair. The sitting area by the window had sticky spots and hair. The breakfast was mehh. Waffles tasted sour. The phone in my room did not work.

This was an emergency hotel stay and needed somewhere close quick. Microtel came through with flying colors. The price was right. The hotel was very clean. The bed was most comfortable. And the front desk personnel were welcoming and friendly. I can't think of a thing.
