Area, nice remodeled room No elevator, was not told till after check in elevator was not working

Todo orrible según esta incluido el desayuno y solo ahi café wafles pan nada mas y cucarachas por donde quiera y un olor feo a húmedo no .eso fue orrible

Arrived around midnight and no one was at the front desk. Called several times, you would think they’d carry a wireless phone when stepping away from the front desk but they don’t. Waited almost 30 mins for someone to check us in. The shower was dirty, the wall looked like the wall was wet and the walls next to one of the bed had dry boogers it grossed me out!!! Also they didn’t have much options for breakfast, they only had oatmeal waffles a few cereal and few fruits, we’ve gone to many other places and they offer omelettes, sausage, egg.

It was ok, would be better if have a c at the stair way, cause elevator was out.

Not much to like Elevators not working. Noisy. Bed was hard.

First I would like to say staff had amazing customer service very friendly and attentive! Rooms were clean and nice newly renovated! I would recommend!

Nothing The restroom was not cleaned and the toiletries were already opened and used. The room smelled humid and the hotel elevator was broken.

Tuvimos que solicitar mínimo que sacaran la basura ya que nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación, la alberca estaba la agua verdosa para sapos y el desayuno nada agradable

Only the location The parking Space they had 3 reserved and one Indian Family just parked there without any Tags and Went to the Front desk and told the Lady I Parked there cuz the parking you have is across the street and I wanna park there cuz I know the Owner of this hotel The breakfast last time I stayed they had sausage patties and egg and now they only have waffles and y the batter was super watery And THE ELEVATOR WASN'T WORKING No Shampoo or Not a phone to call the front desk AC WAS MALFUNCTIONING
