What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. They would ask us how our day was daily, and gave us helpful tips on places to eat/see. Also, there’s some board games you can borrow and that made our nights so much more fun.

I did not even know that they had breakfast nor was I told. 1. I wanted a senior discount and was told that I could not have one because I booked through a third party and yet they asked me if I was a member of triple a for a discount. 2. No bibles in the room. 3. Had to use the stairs because of construction people 4. No shuttle to anywhere and I did not have a car and had to Huber 5. Wrongfully charging me, reimbursing me and then recharging me 6. Not told about the keycard and my keycard ended up not working. I am 81 years old, in a strange city and was treated in this despicable way and I told the check in people not to worry that I would never be coming back not would my friends.

Thankful for the heads up about the recent hike in car breaking. Visible police presence was appreciated.

Nothing fancy, nice beds, had everything we needed. Clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen. However, I felt there was a lack of hot water when I took a shower, and I do wish that they offered continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly also, and I will definitely stay there again if I travel back to Texas.

I love this hotel and I love these people that run the hotel. They are truly family friendly down-to-earth. And can make anything right? The rooms of newly been remodeled, and they're quite a bit of regulars and long stay folk that reside here and make it feel very homey. I like the parking situation as it's safe and secure. They have security on-site and there's a little woodrows across the street, which makes it nice for going out for a drink. And you're really close to lock and terra utsa as well as almo ranch

The greeting from the manager at check in. Our room was very old, dated. The tub was rusted and not acceptable to use.
