Clean rooms. Location in a nice area. Near nice restaurants, stores and a great mall.

Great place to stay while traveling

The worst room I’ve ever been to in my life. False advertisement ! Don’t go there you will be disappointed! Park is raggedy and rusty, room is gross and not a lot of space very small, refrigerator was broke, only 5 channels on tv, the person on top of us stomped all day and night. Breakfast was the bottom of the barrel made me sick to my stomach(gross). The game room was not how it’s pictured! Nothing matched the pictures. The kids were very disappointed about this room. We didn’t sleep comfortably at all! I would never book this room again!! Also hot tub was broke and pool wasn’t cleaned.

Great staff and service. Breakfast was good After dealing with mold for a few years one starts to know when mold is near or in a room. Entered the room and a strong musty smell hit us. Restroom had mold which was painted over. Our baby started having a cough and congestion as soon as the first night. I aswell and got a numb tongue(previous symptoms from a home with mold we live in)

The bath tub had some paint chipping on the inside. It felt weird having to step on it while showering

My truck was broken into and the staff was unconcerned about it, the only comment well the other truck broken into had a window broken. The breakfast was horrible , the eggs were like rubber and not edible , they had no bowls for cereal, no waffle batter

Quick easy check in

Hotel is way too expensive for how dirty it is. Rust/mold on the walls. The area is very sketchy and dirty.

Perfect for kids and families

The room smelt badly like mildew. There was a bag covering the smoke alarm on the ceiling. The bathtub had peeling paint. The air filter on the AC was greasy. They serve the same breakfast every morning which isn't high quality. Local TV only -Not Smart

Worst experience ever!!! I had booked this because in the pictures they have which shows their amenities and their appeal to families. However, it was a sham. When we got there the pool was dirty. Our room key would not open the pool door. Even after they changed the key twice. Our room door would not close by itself unless we closed it by hand. The worse thing however, was the rank smell the room had. It was unbearable to be there. The only reason I had to stay one night out of the 3 nights I had booked was because it was late and I could not book anything else until morning. They didn’t approve a refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay. It went up all the way to general manager and they still denied it. Even after I did everything I was told to do to process the refund. Dave yourself from anguish and do not risk staying here.

Our hotel room had roaches.

There was an added charge to our room booking through Expedia along with overpaying for the rooms of 100 bucks looking through Expedia as well.
