Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Splashtown/ATT Center

For the price paid, it was a decent stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left a duffle bag behind and they were very quick to give us a call and held onto it in the office until we got back to pick it up.

I never recommend to anyone, not a clean , do not expect any breakfast , there was nothing to eat, the worse place I ever stayed.

Very clean . Clean room daily and change towels . Satisfied with the facility.

Bed is comfy. Free Parking. Pretty quick drive to downtown & airport. Was a little disappointed that the rooms (I asked to be switched and tried two different rooms) trying to connect to WIFI and basically had to use the breakfast area to use the Internet with my laptop. WIFI in the rooms is TERRIBLE! Had to use the breakfast area for the Internet. Breakfast is basically bread, butter or jam and apple or orange juice and a danish snack. Very basic. Property is an old DAYS INN probably sold off to a new ownership.

Breakfast was a joke. Choice of prepackaged danish or sliced bread. We had a lot of communication problems with staff, they obviously didn’t have strong English skills.

OMG THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING THEY REFUSED TO REFUND YOU !! we justbstayed somewhere else

The place was clean, quiet, they cleaned our room when we stepped out. It was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't at all what we expected. Didn't get anything at all.

Nothing. The office was hot! It felt so good outside. Spring night in Texas. The office was hot. I asked if my room would be hot since I technically had already rented to room by not canceling, the air should’ve been on. Nope, the room was so hot and had such a bad smell to it!! I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be good the manager on duty was named Anil! Yes pronounced the exact way it sounds. He wasn’t friendly at all. Refused to give me a refund. We saw the room and walked right back to him and said no. We cannot stay there. The smell was terrible. This is beyond a cheap motel. The office was hot! It felt so good outside.
