Econo Lodge Near Lackland Air Force Base - SeaWorld

The bedding is old and ragged, some of it is torn. Cockroaches everywhere. The staff is limited in the English language and does not understand questions asked. I complained about the cockroaches and the clerk looked at me and said ok. They advertise continental breakfast but they do not have it. I asked for coffee and was told it was not provided. I will not stay at this place again.

Beware, do not stay at this hotel, most of the residents live in the hotel and there are a lot of homeless people hanging around. Everything was filthy I was in complete shock, the floors were dirty there was a blue chair in the room that was stained with what looked as if people were having sex in the chair, the paint was peeling of the walls, the bathroom was filthy, the shower head had a towel tired around it to keep it upright, there was mold spots on the ceiling and I saw what looked like a bullet hole next to one of the beds. I immediately went to the front office and asked for a refund and was told that the manager is the only one that can give refunds. I contacted Expedia.com and the manager refused to give the refund! The photo that is being used to advertise this hotel is a really old photo and it does not represent what the hotel looks like now. Please do not stay at this disgusting, unclean hotel.

This room was horrible I was so embarrassed very dirty.This is some place if u just need a sit down because that's all u could do it was not a great place to stay

The location My room was supposed to be smoke free there was cigarette burns on my comforter the room smelled like smoke I had to slam the door for it to latch properly. There was what look like blood on the comforter.

Power switch and A/C unit had now power. Had to navigate the room with my cell phone flash light. Bathroom had rodents and was not thoroughly cleaned.

Roaches EVERYWHERE

Room was clean enough for a quick stay but linens/pillows should be replace. Luckily we were able to take our own because towels were extremely stained looked nasty to use
