Luxury Inn and Suites Seaworld Lackland

The place had a old carpet smell to it, when we were putting lysol on the bed and pillows a spider came out. Wife is allergic to any spider/bug bite, so she opted to sleep in our vehicle ! Name of “Luxury” carries a implied sense of being very good, but this is totally opposite!

This place isn't fancy, it's obvious that it's not new, that being said everything was fresh and clean. The bedding was very clean, the fridge/ microwave was very clean. Absolutely the best you expect for the price you pay.

Location, hot tub in the room There’s nothing luxurious about this property do not be deceived by the name, I paid too much for a room with a hot tub but the room was ugly and outdated, with a painted mural all over one side (yeah really) and the white sheets partially stained. The hot tub worked fine and the place is quiet at night.

Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned

It was a very spacious room, and the spa tub was awesome. I loved the way the room was painted very fun. The bathroom cabinet was missing a drawer, and the hair dryer was broken
