Executive Inn & Suites Near Lackland AFB

No pool, small room, need more cleaning, cleaning personnel showed up once per week.

The staff could not understand English! The AC unit didnt work and we had to go buy fans as it was 104 degrees outside. We stayed for 4 days and they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for multiple people. We had a handicap room and a second room and they could not figure out that I had both rooms registered to me. The gas station next door is not safe for anyone that is not a cop or after 3pm! Definitely bring a battle buddy if you stop there! The rooms smelled horrible only had 2 sets of towels the whole time. They also took 2 extra deposits that were not listed anywhere! So be prepared for that to come out of your account and they will possibly give it back to you if the rooms are in order and full inventory or when you leave! It may be a 7 minute walk from Lackland Air force Base but it is not a safe walk! Hookers, drug dealers, guns, knives alll within reach by the crowd lurking around the hotel. Do not put your family at risk pay extra money and get a better, safer hotel! Because after all they charge your account the extra money anyway!

The staff was friendly rooms were clean had what we needed so I have no complaints about executive service

The place was horrible it was a mess a bed someone had already been having sex in someone panties in the bathroom on the floor supposed to be a king size bed tried to give me a fold down full size bed chat to get in touch with customer service that like they don't know me they keep giving me the running room and I have photos to back it up in a matter of fact I think I will post it for you

its a clean and quiet place to stay.

The location of the property was good if youre looking to stay near Lackland. The rooms were a bit dirty and small.

Room was clean and the hotel was about 6 miles from sea world.

It’s a conducive environment and nothing whatsoever to worry about.

You can’t beat the price especially if you’re visiting friend/family that’s graduating from Lackland! Very helpful, and nice staff!

Smelled like cigarettes and no shampoo in showers . So bring your own . Shower heads gross and clogged up. Towels white with stains on them . You get what ypu paid for parking was horrible lack of space .

Location Everything , it was dirty. Clerk took forever too attend and pictures were misleading

Great Hospitality

There are bed bugs, room smelled like cigarettes. Only person who was helpful was a woman who gave me a deposit back in cash.
