Oyo Hotel San Antonio Lackland AFB/Seaworld Hwy 90 W

Disappointed

The jotel was or is rated at 2.5 stars, too high, I saw druggies running around the area, had an unknown person knock on my door like if he was checking out if there was someone in the room, I would also recomend thata you if are married don't bring the family.

The hotel was extremely rundown. The pictures on the website are not an accurate description of the hotel. The office had clients filled out information and picture ID’s scattered all over the place. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was excellent

The rooms were cleaned and staff was very friendly check in was quick. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to San Antonio. Grounds was cleaned and pool was clean and manager was quick with whatever we ask for. Parking was great also air conditioning was cool with no problems. I recommend this place thumbs up.

Last minute budget friendly hotel. Will recommend it..

The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly.

Traveled 5 hours, for a Surgery consult and made reservations through Expedia. I wanted to change locations of same chain motel because it would be closer to my Dr. Appt. The motel DID NOT answer. Expedia calls to change rez. They know who is calling and REFUSE to answer because if this! I had to pay penalties, which is the entire cost of the room!! I had insurance, DID NOT help!!! All of these Palestinians, Iranians, whichever, come to Our USA, act like they are better than most, and are NOT helpful!!!

This place exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, great location close to everything. Definitely going back again.

It was completely different from the photos shown when booking. I tried to ignore it and just sleep for night, but seeing cockroaches was shocking. It was the worst experience.

When we first arrived we didn’t have hot water but it was fixed immediately and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was clean, they accommodated our needs. Would visit again!
