My experience at this Quality Inn was disappointing from the moment I walked in. Checking in took an extremely long time because the front desk insisted they couldn’t find my reservation. Instead of handling the issue themselves, they told me I needed to contact Hotels.com. I ended up doing most of the work to resolve the problem, only to find out that the hotel had received the reservation email all along—they simply hadn’t located it on their end. Once I finally got into my room, it was clean and about what you’d expect from a basic budget hotel. Nothing stood out as better or worse in terms of cleanliness. However, the electrical outlets were another issue. Several of them wouldn’t properly charge my phone, which was frustrating and made the room feel poorly maintained. Maybe this was just an isolated experience, but I’ve booked through Hotels.com many times and have never had this much trouble checking into a hotel. Between the poor check-in process and the maintenance issues, I won’t be staying at this location again.

Bathroom had a lot of rust on shower rods and tub but overall a good stay

Great location, friendly staff. Room was cleaned once, and had to ask for towels every day.

First would like to say location to Lackland was very convenient. After spending an extensive amount of time reading reviews , finding close location etc I settled on this hotel. Wasn’t great but not terrible. Walking in smell of fabuloso was a little overwhelming in common area but at least smelled clean. Room was good size and tidy. Except Had a bar of soap used in dish, comforter had stubborn stain that looked like could not get out w bleach. Shower curtain had dark stain and only provided 2 towels. Next day had to request from housekeeping and later go to desk for the provided 2 towels and additional 2 twice. Long hot day and wanted to shower. Lastly our wake up call was late. Our 5:15 turned into 6;45. Had to rush to event. Overall I would give 6 as hubby also found breakfast provided to be pretty good.

The only thing I would say is the surrounding area.

The location Everything. Dirty, blankets stained, AC smelled bad. Water smelled bad. Breakfast was bad. WiFi didn’t work.

GREAT LOCATION Walmart, 5&Below, Ross, Lowe's, Target and many other shops all within walking distance Cracker Barrel, IHOP and many other restaurants also within walking distance Base access gate nearest to graduation parking lot I loved coming back from being out all day with my Airman and trash was taken out, bed made and fresh towels daily, felt like I just checked in. Staff is awesome and checking in was easy because I paid ahead of time.

Location Blankets with stains.. Toiletries needed refilling. Shower curtain kept opening and water would leak out during showers.

I stayed at this hotel for our trip to San Antonio and it was so clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The rooms were very clean. The staff were so friendly and courteous. They even gave us a small free gift and gave my kids some cookies as we were leaving. I will definitely be staying here again. I’m glad I found this hotel. Xavier and rest of staff were amazing. Thank you for a great stay. See you next year.

Not at all what you expect when you all in It looked ran down and not worth the risk

Great rooms

The bed comfy but the PILLOWS seem like they didn’t get wash, smell sweat. The breakfast is ok for the price. All the staff are nice and helpful. The parking plenty space. This hotel next to the highway so the noises come through the window.

We traveled from Virginia for an Air Force graduation and needed close proximity to the base. We were 10 minutes away so it was perfect. We had to leave at 5am for the graduation ceremony and breakfast wasn’t open yet. Orlando arranged for someone to get us a couple of bananas and yogurts. That’s just great customer service! Perfect!
