It’s more of motel than a hotel but you can tell that there has been some renovations to upgrade the status. Overall a clean, modern room. No complaints

Excellent stay! The motel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast service was excellent, with a good variety of options and great quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

At 3pm, I checked into our room. Upon arriving to our room, I noticed the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. I called down to the front desk and let them know. She said she would bring them down in about 30 minutes. At 8pm, still nothing. I went down and they gave me a new bottle of shampoo and a bigger, different brand of conditioner. The next day, when room service came, they took the bottle of conditioner out of the room. When I got back, I had to go back to the front desk and let them know. They acted like I stole the big bottle and gave me a couple tiny bottles of conditioner. She shower had a hole by the curtain rod stuffed with toilet paper. The switch for the fan was missing, covered in tape. I let them know the hair dryer wasn’t working and they said they would replace it. That never happened. The key cards stopped working mid stay. The pool is small, which was okay, but was very dirty. One of the lights in the room didn’t even have an outlet next to it so we weren’t able to use it. Another tall lamp wasn’t plugged in when we arrived. I plugged it in, was barely able to get it to turn on, and it started to flicker on and off multiple times so I unplugged it quickly. The pillows and blankets were very yellow, we didn’t even use them. It was a very dirty place. I’ve stayed at Quality Inn before lots of times. This time made it my last.

I liked staying here. It's a decent and clean hotel. It's not luxurious but you rest well and for the price it's excellent. It has a good location near the parks. The breakfast does not have much variety and has few tables but it is very clean and decent too. I would stay again

203 was good, clean and comfortable beds. The air conditioner worked great. Room 202, the beds were not comfortable at all, they need to be upgraded. Air conditioner needs to be upgraded, the room was not cool at all. 202 needs upgrading.

Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and did their best to accommodate my needs, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few issues with the room. The bathroom hair dryer was not working, and the pillows appeared dirty upon arrival. They also had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning unit caused the bed to vibrate whenever it was running, making it uncomfortable to relax and sleep.

Definitely a motel stay. We checked in at night and had to check in through an outside window which was strange. They were exterior facing rooms. The rooms were nice though and clean. Not suites, motel feel.
