Quality Inn & Suites Near Six Flags and Medical Center

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt fresh and good quality. I actually stayed at the Spark by Hilton the weekend before and said in my review that I wouldn’t return. I would absolutely choose this Quality Inn over that newer Spark hotel—and I think that says a lot! I only gave it 4 stars because the AC was completely off when we arrived, so the room was pretty hot. Thankfully, it cooled down fairly quickly once we turned it on. I’d suggest keeping the AC on at a higher temperature, maybe around 78°, so guests aren’t walking into a completely hot room. The TV remote also didn’t work. Those were small inconveniences compared to the overall experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t try the breakfast this time only because we had already planned to pick up Mary’s Tacos and have breakfast with our girl at her apartment. ❤️ Overall, a great value and a pleasant surprise! This one may have earned a spot on my list of go-to hotels in San Antonio.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were okay & parking is completely free & right in front of the rooms, convenient.

It was clean and no smoke dander

The staff was great and the breakfast as well. The only issue was the sheets weren’t clean enough. I found a lipstick stain on the sheets. Please clean the sheets very well for the next visitor.

The room was very outdated. The ceiling had cracks, spiders, bugs, and the smoke detector was missing from the base. The shower had low pressure and the water never really got hot. The TV was nice, the breakfast was the usual so so items, and the other Quality Inn's we have stayed in have had fruit water and coffee available 24 hours a day. The bed sheets seemed dirty like they were not changed. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

There were live and dead roaches in the room upon check-in. My husband took pictures and we went right back to the front desk to check out.

Pool is terrible Sheets disgusting. Breakfast that included was garbage There is a tiny lobby with one table Our boys couldn’t hang out there because what looked like the workers mom was juts sitting staring at her phone for hours Spend a few dollars and avoid this place

Overall good place to stay. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t filled in the room but other than that it was great.

They did everything to not give me a room

The only good thing about this property is the location close to stores and restaurants and right off the highway The bed sheets were dirty with stains and there was hairs stuck throughout. The ac kept turning on and off I had to mess with it to get it to stay on. The fridge was dirty. The plug for the hair dryer didn’t work. There was ants by the breakfast area and the breakfast wasn’t the best just waffles, over cooked sausage links and rubbery eggs. I wanted to take my family to the pool but it was over crowded with what seemed to be motel staff/family of just men so it did not seem welcoming for a family. I wish I could have canceled but it was too late I would have still been charged so I had no choice but to stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you, go read other reviews on other websites, I wish I had!

Not sure why the site lists this property. I booked this room for my girlfriend. I knew from the low price it wasn't going to be wonderful. I could deal with them keeping the initial fee... but when my girlfriend got on-site and saw the rundown conditions she decided she would look at the room before deciding. They charged her 50 dollars incidental to see the room. Then when she did want the room they told her she had to get it back via Expedia. And of course Expedia says it's up to the property. If you check reviews for thos property you will see this is part for the course.

We were happy and got our money’s worth.
