Red Roof Inn Plus San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk

We made it and we had to ask to can we get another room because the 1st room was so stank, I had a kid with me and he threw up because the room was so stank, we asked to get another room and that room was better as far smell but the sheets and towels are terribly stained. The staff was very nice though its just the property itself is run down. I wouldnt recommend

Bedsheets were dirty. Place is just kind of dirty overall. Staff was good though

My room had mold, no shower curtains, no towels had to go complain then moved me higher up the floors while injured. The vending machine took my money when trying to use the 6th floor for a drink. Furniture had water damages even seen roaches.

The property is very struck with the towing make sure to put the placard on your windshield, we got the upgraded room but the air conditioner in all honesty was bad. We left it on while we were out an about and when we got back it wasn’t as cold as expected. The bed and bedding was amazing slept very well

is above average. Being honest, some Red Roof inn properties I would not recommend staying at, many are not well maintained and not pleasant to stay at. This Red Roof Inn has to be one the best properties in the chain. Signed- Randall

The e property is very dirty and smelly.

Room was super clean. Check in was quick and easy. Basic but very nice hotel. Thanks to the staff that was always very nice and efficient !

Shower and sink did not drain properly

They have onsite parking, room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean,beds were comfortable. Carpet had a musty smell in hallway. Very close to The River Walk! But,when you reserve,they don't let you know that parking is not free at the facility.We had to pay for parking whether you park inside or outside.

The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The AC worked good, clean room, but the front desk clerk was hiding in the back I waited about 10min. To check in, the hallway carpet is very dirty and needs to be shampooed or replaced it makes the hotel look and smell bad but the actual room was ok

Really close to the Riverwalk

You can just park outside, right behind the gate for $5 per day! no need to pay $15 + Taxes (~$20 per day)

The hotel/rooms look old and beat up, needs walls repainted and carpet replaced. Location is good, walked to the River walk. Ok for a short stay
