I'll start by saying, I'm not a big review person, so for me to do this is very telling. My 1 star rating consists of slow returns from valet (the parking lot is a couple blocks away from the hotel), lack of attention from the front desk staff (most of the ladies were in their phones), room service (I asked for turnover and was told the staff was busy) towels were limited and there was no soap in the dispenser and the iron and ironing board was broken, maintenance (one of the elevators malfunctioned while I was in it. It wouldn't open on my and another family's floor when it was supposed to and it swayed left to right as if it was barely secured in the shaft. I lost my footing, fell and hit my head. In the hallway of the 4th floor, you can feel the boards through the carpet.) I'm highly disappointed and won't book here ever again.

I stayed here a few years ago when it just opened, and I must say this visit was not as pleasant. Wallpaper was peeling in the hall and the rooms. The toilet paper holder came out of the cabinet, and the carpet and floor in the hall were in shambles. The elevator was so scary, we opted to take the stairs. Sometimes it would open, and sometimes it wouldn't, and you had to go to the next floor.

Every thing was perfect except the noise of air conditioning in 229

Parking (valet) cost nearly as much as the room. Good location however and the breakfast decent.

Location, clean and modern

I liked there was games for my kids to play with I hated that someone in valet took the opportunity to go through my things in my car. Things that were out like my cars warranty that was in the glove compartment was out of its spot and same for my car insurance.

Location was good not too far away from local bars, riverwalk, etc. Staff, some were nice though

I had a wonderful stay. The amenities were all fully functioning and the staff was very helpful with any questions we may have had. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the parking situation. Valet was 36.00 a night, and there were no additional parking options provided

Overall nice hotel.

location was good easy access to river wañk elevator didnt work room was dirty, floor, restroom, furniture no closet hallways smelled dirty

The room was pretty clean, but the A/C out in the halls of the hotel was never fully at a comfortable temperature. We had a little bit of an issue with our room not being tended to. We stay 4 days and only received 1 cleaning service and ran out of towels. Aside from that, the stay was nice. It was close enough to the riverwalk and other places.

I was walking distance from a lot of tourist places, good food and a lot of things to do even by myself. The best part is that finding it was a breeze and having a group of people that seemed like they cared. Parking, you have to pay for valet or street parking which ended up being cheaper. I didn't like the fact they didn't have a lot or some connections to a lot as an option.
