The lady at the front desk was nice but her brother who also works at the hotel was very open minded. Updated our room upon seeing that we were with kids. Could benefit from some upgrades

Off the highway. Not far from food Someone nicer at the window. Update shower heads. Fix water heater. Was told to watch out for stranger looking at people in the pool.

The crew was very kind and accommodating. They even upgraded us to a larger suite for free and approved a late check-out when we called to inform them we'd be a late arrival. N/A

The hotel looks nice and has enough parking area. The price is in accordance with the quality. The beds are comfortable and clean. The parking lot is not secure. I noticed a lot of shady people tend to rent that hotel. The receptionist is not courteous or helpful. She hardly speaks. The rooms need to be cleaner the floor was dirty and so was the restroom.

Breakfast was good and the staff was great Bobby the girl who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

The first thing is that I was able to get a room so late in the evening as well as being able to use Klarna. The second thing was that the check in was super easy as well. The room is very cozy, and the beds and couch are comfortable. AC works perfectly. There's a pool and breakfast bar. Near a Whataburger, Dollar General, Family Dollar and convenient store. We needed an extra hour and they happily accommodated us. The staff is amazingly friendly. Would definitely come again to this location. Haven't used the shower yet but I'm sure that is great, too. Can't really think of anything to be honest.
