I did not stay here and lady was asking to pay cash, and i told her i didn't have cash. So therefore she said my reservation was not gonna be charged since they are asking for cash payments only, and npw almost a week after they charge me a one night. That is npt right. I hopr i can find a way to get my refund. When I didn’t authorize that payment and she told me I was not going to be charged.

The sheets were so old and full of stains, its kind of embarresing. The furniture looks like its super old and barely together.

Horrible hotel. Dirty, unkept and falling apart.

The pictures on the Hotels website must have been taken long time ago. The motel is in need of upgrades. No iron, fridge or even wifi.

A/c was not working, thankfully overnight person (and he was the only person who made himself available) came and fixed it up. Sheets were not the cleanest nor was the bathroom. When it was time to check out, it took 45+ minutes for someone to come. Unsure if it’s the owner or the manager, but for all the walking around and walk throughs you do at night, things could be a little bit better.

The property is in a poor state of maintenance. The furniture is outdated and worn. The beds look like cots. The showerhead and faucet in the bathroom were rusted. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working, and the front desk staff had to lock the door after themselves. The housekeeper answered phones due to lack of staff and couldn't respond to queries or provide the receptionist's name.

Had problems with things working in the rooms, door handle, bathroom lock, and no shower curtain. Staff was very accommodating at getting us in a defferent room.

Nothing Everything
-
Not as advertised at all. No pool, no refrigerator, no microwave, holes in the bathroom door, door to room was in up repair and difficult to lock. Floor in room was dirty and I had to clean it. Room had holes in the cabinets for pro stove top that had been removed. I am usually not super picky but would not recommend at all.

The doors were in terrible shape, holes, patches, etc. The covers had stains and there was no hot water.
