Great staff

These are not minor inconveniences. Basic cleanliness, working air conditioning, enough bathroom supplies, and a secure door are the absolute bare minimum for any motel. This room failed on all of them. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until management actually fixes the rooms and starts taking basic guest safety and cleanliness seriously.

RECYLED SOAP. USED. RECYCLED SOAP. Yes, the soap in my room was USED, by a previous guest, dried out, placed in an open package and put out for me to use. Are you kidding me? It's a budget motel...I wasn't surprised by the curtain rod half ripped out of the wall. I wasn't surprised by the 'bare bones' and slightly run down feel. But OMG - how UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING to RECYCLE USED SOAP FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST. ZERO EFFING STARS.

The shower was not clean and the floors were dirty I guess you get what you paid for

For the price and location can't beat it. The staff is nice and professional. The only thing I wish would be if they could have designated rooms for guests with pets.

The staff do not communicate with each other and the inflexible manager left us inconvenienced instead of honoring her employees commitment. Specifically, I had checked in, but knew that I'd be at work when it was time to check out. So we took a trip down to the office to put her on the room, with the specific intent for her to be able to get the deposit back. We explained that to the night clerk and he said it would not be a problem. Lol and behold, my wife checked out and was told I need to go retrieve the deposit. Grrrr....

The property has a lot of potential.They just need to clean clean the hallways.Clean the parking lot and maintain the perimeter.So homeless, don't roam to and from to make you feel like your vehicle is not secure there

The AC system worked like a champion on auto mode. What pressure and temperature were ideal. Pleasantly surprised. Also, the two ladies that helped me were very courteous.

It was good

The worst experience of me and my daughter! The room #152 was smelling stench! We had to open the window and turn on the AC to help get rid of it but not successful specially at night while we had to close the window for our safety!

The shower leaked. It was dirty and smelled. The air didn’t work good.

Refrigerator had something leaking from it. Again they brought towels to soak up the water. Door would not open properly so i had to yank it every time to open it. Phone didn’t work. The property is not maintained and it was so gross I didn’t want to take a shower.
