Good Living Inn

Pretty funky room. There were a few stairs up to the bathroom and there was longish black hair everywhere - on the floors, cabinets and in the shower. I got in late and was too tired to complain. Probably won't stay here again.

The online pictures are deceiving of the property. There were no wash cloths in the room and no extra toilet paper. The staff that did our check in was very hard to understand, spoke broken English. I did appreciate the coffee provided in our room.

DO NOT Book this PLACE….IT WAS GROSS…….. we changed to a hotel down the street the next night for $40 more and it was WONDERFUL I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I have stayed at this Hotel before but this time the tv did not work at all and the staff wanted to move me to a room upstairs but I said no I can’t walk upstairs. So I just stayed in the room downstairs. The room that I stayed in the bath tub had a lot of cracks in it and the walls in the room needed to be touched up. There were also no outlets for usb ports etc.

Room looked good. However, was dirty, coffee machine disgusting with spoiled stuff in it, bathroom sink clogged, hair in sink and bath stall, TV did not work, no response, phone calls to front desk instantly were disconnected, fixtures in bathroom damaged. Basically, a completely negative experience.

This Motel is well maintained exceptions TV Operating terrible. Microwave stayed locked after using. No windows that opened for air exchange. Staff or owners not available for checkins.

They made an effort to keep up the maintenance.

Nothing. Bad area! Walls are paper thin! You can hear traffic and trains and kids from 3 rooms down. Beds are very uncomfortable, they feel like a box spring with foam on top and the pictures on the site are very deceiving. Stains on everything in the room. Pay more and get a better hotel. Wish I did!

The front desk staff also seemed unmotivated and were rarely at the reception desk when I needed assistance. The room looked nothing like the photos online. It was much older and more worn than I expected. I have to say, the photos are very flattering. The only bright spot during my stay was the housekeeping staff. The woman who cleaned my room was incredibly friendly, and she did an excellent job every day. She is the only person I would give five stars to.

This isn't the first time I've stayed with you, and I always come with my partner, each in our own car; however, this is the first time I've been told that you don't accept responsibility for a second vehicle—only one license plate gets registered. That response—that you wouldn't cover damages to the second car—did not put me at ease.

The room is acceptable, yet the hotel price is extremely high. Prices around San Francisco are inflated, with comparable hotels costing 20%-30% more here than in other areas.

The room smelled horrible. The tub is tiny and smelled bad. not clean and only provided two towels. Everything smelled horrible. Arrived at the property at 4 and still our rooms were not ready. had to wait in our car until they finished "cleaning". The room and bathroom smelled horrible. Never again staying at this place . Do not recommend

This property is in extremely poor condition. The armchair in my room was very dirty with a large stain, the bathtub was moldy, and the shower rod was covered in rust, which left red dust all over the top of the curtain. Additionally, the TV did not work; I reported it to the staff, but it was never fixed. I requested a room change immediately, but management did not move me until my final day. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The door had a large gap that let in loud street noise all night, the bathroom was moldy, and the carpet under the door was cut poorly, preventing the door from closing properly. There was a dried wash cloth left by previous guest on the top of the shower curtain.

The bed was squeaky . I move a lot when I roll over the bed sounded like the wood was shifting and screws needs to be tightened or something
