Showers are dirty. I had bed bugs and no one seemed to care. No apology. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms. And was offered the one next door. I had to tell them yes of course ill change toa room far from the original.

Breakfast included although coffee wasn’t good. I didn’t like anything. The whole advertising is a lie, even the reception guy said the rooms weren’t as in the pictures since that was just for advertising (we only got one chair even though we were two and the room here had 2 chairs and a table. The hotel is dirty with leaks all over, the rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are so dirty that it had mold. The walls in between rooms are made out of drywall so snoring, tv and conversations are heard which makes it hard to sleep at 1am when the room next door is watching TV. (It actually happened to me) The outside is too noisy as in cars, motorbikes, drunk people and a car stereo shop right across the street which plays music high up from 9 am to 6pm and it isn’t a good area. The place advertised as gay friendly and with cool and entertaining pool tables. Pool tables are $150 per hour and accessible to people from outside the hotel and overall it didn’t have any gay friendliness but a small gay flag at reception. This place felt more like a hostel or motel more than a “hotel” as advertised. The price is competitive and we regretted staying here, for the same amount or less we stayed at a colonial hotel two days before. We tend to stay at different areas and hotels whenever traveling and this one was disappointing. We asked for a refund at least for one night so we could stay somewhere else more comfortable but we didn’t get an answer from the “hotel” so bad guest service too. Don’t waste your money or time, def not worth it

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was great.

The staff is amazing!!! My room was in the top floor with a great view and the location was near town square, restaurants, and cool bars. The drag show on Friday and Saturday night was fun too. Pepe Pancho is working on how locals and the world view the LGBT community. Its people like this that make a big difference is this world and I fully support their efforts. I would definitely return to this establishment.

Good location, comfortable hotel room, nice breakfast included, helpful and pleasant staff -

Nice place, simple breakfast but good coffee. Cold everywhere in the hotel, so in the cold season take warm pyjamas with you

Great value for the price, fun decor, comfortable beds, the water pressure was good and the water was hot, there was always staff available and the location was perfect for exploring the city. For budget accommodation in this area, these essentials are often lacking and we really want a comfortable bed and good shower. We were pleased, Thank you! WIFI was up and down, noisy area at night but we knew this and brought earplugs, included breakfast was not good.

The staff...very nice and accomodating... we arrived early in the morning from an overnight bus ride... they tried really hard to ensure an early check in for us which was very important as i was not feeling well. The balcony and the view of the mountains and the city. The stairs ( leading to our room and a high step between the room and the bathroom). A bit hard to navigate... the room and the bathroom were very clean but the washroom walls and the door could use some scrubbing... or a fresh coat of paint.

Good location. Noise- There are shows on the weekends that run until 1-2 am. My room (209) was a corner. Just outside my room is an intersection where there is a metal grate on the road. Each passing car or moto sets off the metal grate with a noise like a gate opening or closing. It’s loud, constant and very hard to ignore. The bathroom is basic and mine had a funky odor which grossed me out. If you want a good location in Centro close to attractions, a bed and some space -this has it, but not much else.

Location and confort of the bed. Not enough place to put your stuff.

The location was the best thing about this place. My experience here was very different to what is advertised. There was no one staying here, no social scene etc. it was quite lonely.

Location is ok Staff are not the most helpful Breakfast is definitely not served with a smile The breakfast is included but it is almost the same everyday The bathroom was not very clean No bath mat
-
Room was ok, shower was great, breakfasts with big portions poor conditioning- only one window leading into the hallway, so the room was very humid, staff did not speak English at all (even when it is stated that they do), two man tried to communicate, girl was very unpleasant and bored, did not try at all. At 6:30-7:30 am there was very big noise caused by (probably) other guests on the hallway - without notice of the staff working in the hotel.

Super friendly staff and good value for money.

Comfy bed, clean room, very cheap Poor Wi-Fi, very noisy street (especially from the bar casa azul opposite)

This is a really beautiful hotel. The rooms are big, super comfortable and beautifully furnished. The staff were very helpful and even gave me a free upgrade. The location is superb. The breakfast was small, not hot enough and only one choice of dish was offered. They wouldn't even give us second helpings. We both still felt hungry afterwards.
