This beautiful hotel has comfortable clean rooms that are decorated with beautiful Mexican folk art furniture, lamps and art . The complimentary breakfast is excellent and cooked in a cocina off the colorful dinning area . The pool and grounds are beautiful and the landscaped gardens have outdoor seating to relax and read . This hotel is an oasis in a busy city . The downtown is a short walk where there is excellent artistic shops and great dinning . Nothing

The property is impecable, we had the family room and the view was amazing. Staff was amazing as well. Within distance of main square Did not have a heater but it wasn’t a big deal

beautiful small hotel ideally located for an adventure in San Cristobal de Las Casas with a lush garden, friendly staff Room is very dimly lit and has poor natural light, even in plain day time it's hard to sift through your luggage because it's hard to see, room was quite small.

Very central location. Property is clean & they clean it daily! Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious & bathroom with hot water. We absolutely would recommend this hotel!! Everything was perfect for us!

The showers were an absolute dream. Staff was nice, although very junior. Bed was quite hard, but the size is amazing.

The location was great, the rooms were cosy clean and the staff was very hardworking. Some noise from neighbors at early mornings. We also arrived with a strong smell in our room and realised next day it was probably (guessing) insecticide as we felt very dizzy. We also found some bed bugs but not enough to bother us.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Lovely courtyard. Booked into room right near reception on ground floor - too noisy and a request to move was organised. Location great. Unfortunately very noisy. Loud music playing close by every night until 2 - 3 am. Could not sleep. Also room could have done with more light.

Cozy hotel around a beautiful garden. We had a cozy two-floor family room. Top location, 5 minutes walk from the main squares. Staff was polite, but not very informative (only in Spanish).
