The staff is always nice

limited hot water and pressure.

All the staff are so kind and friendly. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel, so I can get some snacks for the next day. I can hear the noise of the next door very clearly. I needed to get up very early to join a tour, so I had to take care about the noise not to let the next door wake up.

There should be more information and be more ready for people who wants to know how to get to the airport in Tuxtla from San Cristobal, the information provided was kind of vague.

The location is excellent, very close to the main square. The place has an amazingly lovely rustic charm and an authentic atmosphere; it is very pretty. Even our bedroom's ceiling was painted like a sky, with clouds. Internal patio is very pleasant and the property was peaceful and relaxing. Very nice breakfast, thank you.

We had asked for a bright, quiet room and received room #25 which is a rooftop room at the end of a hallway. The window overlooked a rooftop garden and was bright and cheerful. We knew the nights were going to be cold so we were pleased to see a plug-in radiant heater in the closet. The hot water in the shower was a long time coming but it got there in the end and was great although not plentiful! The dining room was beautifully set up but we never saw it open. Perhaps on the weekend? The nightstand lamp didn't work and there were not enough power points (plugs) to charge devices. It's an old building so forgivable. Lots of stairs so no good if disabled or if you have lots of luggage although there are ground floor rooms. I would imagine these to be quite noisy though as they are located near the dining area and the hallways leading to upstairs.

The breakfast and that the location is near to the downtown. It was great for short trip. It was a pleasure to be here visit this beautiful city.

Location was great right in the centre but insulationed from the outside noise, room was nice. Receptionist didn't speak a word of English and was unwilling to even slow down his Spanish for us. We haven't had an issue communicating anywhere with our basic Spanish except here. Room it's self was nice but opened onto breakfast area so a bit noisy in the morning. Breakfast was average

The location is perfect, right downtown and still very quiet. Breakfast is good too. The hotels parking location is 6 blocks away.

We like the closeness to the centre. The food, specially buffet. Delicious!! The staff. It is said there is a parking and there is not, they take the car to another hotel and we were asked to pick up our car, because they are not allowed to drive your car, besides there is no one to go with you and I didn'tknow where the parking was, I didn't get a good explanation to know where the other hotel was and we got lost and took an hour and half to find the place.... was, awful.
