We love this botique hotel. The room was spacious, had a private patio and the best breakfast is included. Great location. The hotel is located on a busy street with many restraunts and bars. Beware, loud music at local pubs might disrupt your sleep (I used noise cancellation headphones).

Beautiful hotel/coffeebar/restaurant. Food and coffee wonderful! Breakfast included with hotel stay. Bed very comfy. Large room. Very helpful, kind staff. Our room (#1) was next to a loud club that played booming music past 2:00 am. Needed ear plugs, which helped. No hairdryers in room, but one provided when asked for. There’s no heat in the room, concrete floors can get cold.

We loved that it is a small property, where the details matter. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. We liked it all.

The breakfast is amazing, you can choose anything from the menu. Keep in mind that this place is also a barista school, so if you’re into coffee you’re going to have a good time. Next to that, the hotel is on the Main Street. Which makes everything within easy walking distance. Also liked the tiny details they look at. For example new (real) flowers every once in a while. Bathroom is a bit small, other than that, perfect stay.

A small friendly hotel, located at the center of everything but rooms are facing the back so they are very quiet, you step out of the hotel and you are close to everything. We were 2 freinds so we took the 2 queen beds room, the room was huge with balcony at the front and one at the back, the room was super clean, the food at brakfast was really great. The owner ones a Caffè factory so coffee is great and people from outside come to enjoy a quarter good coffee. You can also order food in the during the day. The Wifi is strong in Every corner. The staff was super nice finding a quick solution to ever request and trying to make our stay maximum pleasurable. If I will come to San cristobal again I will definitely stay there again. Everything was really good

Beautiful breakfasts, location and rooms!

The only issue is the noise from bars close to the rooms.

Great location, room service, staff. The included breakfast was amazing! since it's at the center of the centro, at night, it can be a bit noisy -- from nearby clubs.

Great location. Rooms were beautifully decorated and contemporary. Breakfast was good and obviously the coffee and hot drinks were incredible (as it’s their main business) Almost no Wifi in the rooms. Can get a little noisy on Sat Eve as you’re on a main strip.

Delicious breakfast, nice spacious rooms and surprisingly quiet. Great staff, too. Can’t think of any disappointment.

Fantastic coffee!!! Gorgeous looking location, in the centre of town so it's close to everything but as it's on a pedestrian street it's really nice and quiet at night. Very comfortable beds. Really special next level accommodation. No hairdryer in the room, but that' wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Do yourself a favour and book this place when in San Cristobal. Perfect central location, fantastic breakfast and best coffee in town and the room / hotel has been done so well, a quaint little stay which was really personable. The nicest staff was just the cherry on top! Not a fault, great value!

It was an excellent hotel throughout the stay The staff is kind, available and attentive to every need and question (especially the amazing Rachel). The room is spacious, clean, bright and simply meets every need. The location is excellent in the center of the pedestrian zone, close to everywhere, and yet the noise did not bother us at any point. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. At breakfast it would be nice if there were a few more "European" options for those who don't really like Mexican food. the safe in the room was not connected to anything so it was pretty useless.

Location!!! Our room was incredible! Surpisingly it was quite and peaceful. Had are own huge balcony as well. Recieved a 250 g coffee as well which was such a great gesture! Amazing amazing stay!!! So clean, beautiful, big rooms! Great shower and other facilities. Highly recommened!!! That the staff did not speak or understand English, what made it difficult to communicate. Breakfast is tasty but small. I didn't like that the reception was a part of the coffee shop. That means that when the workers of the coffee shop finish their work day- there is no one at the reception during the night if you need something. The only person left at night is the guard that does not speak English.

Great location and amazing breakfast included. On the last day my partner was sick and they were really helpful allowing us to stay a bit longer and helping us sort the transport to the airport. They saved us. The room wasn’t very well lit up, shower was a bit blocked and we never had a hand towel. I did mention the first but there’s nothing they can do as there is no installation for a main light, the other 2 I didn’t mention, so conscious they might have fixed if I did.
