Very friendly and helpful staff The room is decent for a cheap hotel (of course still very basic) Cozy hallway Proper hot water TV in the room Cheap laundry service The walls are very thin: Depending on the other guests it can be very noisy at night such as people talking, snoring loud, taking a shower or going to the toilet at night. Even sounds from outside like fireworks till 1am can disrupt your sleep.

Very good location close to the center, very nice staff, very clean. We really enjoyed the terrace on the roof although it was not set up for guests. Great laundry and a small market shop right to the corner. We visited in January so it was pretty cold in the night with no heating in the room. But the beds had extra fluffy blankets so we slept well.

Good location to the center. Hot water was good in shower. Very clean. Our room was very noisy from the street (choose the back if you want a quieter room). Bed also covered with plastic so not very comfortable.

Last night: My only request: a quiet room. I was adamant on several occasions. Several confirmed my room was quiet.UNTIL a family living in a barn moved next door last night. I was unable to fall asleep before 12:30am; awakened shortly twice. EXHAUSTE

The hotel is clean, close to restaurants and shops. The staff are very kind and helpful. I liked everything.

Location is very close from Downtown and just a street away from the Guadalupe andador. The room is perfect for its purpose which would be just spending the night. Staff was always efficient and kind. Nothing really. The room was small but I expected that for the price.
