Everything was great, amazing, wonderful

The breakfast was very crowded. Difficult to get a table. The food selection was disappointing. Mainly carbohydrates. Room was stinky, smelling of mold.

Nice and clean hotel and appears recently renovated.

It was a family of 6. We all were satisfied with the stay. We stayed 4 nights. Everything in hotel was good. Beds were comfy and everyday our room was cleaned and restocked. Will definitely stay here again. We visit San Diego once a year so we def will be back to this hotel. The manager in front was very helpful! :)

I booked a suite so I had a king bed in one space and a queen sofa bed separated by sliding doors in the living space. The sofa bed was so worn it was bumpy and I could feel every spring. I can’t imagine anyone being able to sleep comfortably. I ended up folding it back up and slept on the sofa for 3 nights. The bathroom sink leaked water from the faucet all over the counter whenever it was used. Had to continuously wipe it up with a towel. Tub head had a gapping space between the wall and the faucet where the chalking had come loose so water was escaping out the sides and definitely affected the shower water pressure. This building definitely showed its age. On the flip side, the breakfast provided had a good variety and was well attended.

The room was fine but the hallways smell really bad and the carpets are so old and worn they could use an upgrade.
-
The windows were not well insulated and the highway traffic and airport traffic was very loud and disturbing sleep

What was even more frustrating was that on the second and third days, housekeeping did not come at all. The beds were not made, the room was not cleaned, and no fresh towels were provided. For a three-night stay, we expected at least basic housekeeping, clean floors, and fresh towels. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service and cleanliness were far below our expectations.

The check in was easy and hassle free and the woman who checked us in was great. The entire floor we were on had a weird smell as well as the 2 rooms we booked. The sheets smelled bad and we felt that the rooms were not clean. The breakfast was ok if you want something quick. I only ate from the fruit and parfait but would not go near anything else.

The hotel was much older than expected and the rooms were small and smelled and you could hear through the walls. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, especially with our towel and sheet issues. However, there seemed to be no proper supervision or room inspection. The room was extremely dirty and humid. Our clothes could not dry overnight, and after bringing them home, even clean clothes smelled like mold. The AC did not cool the room at all — it only blew warm air, like a hair dryer. On last day, while packing,we discovered a dried, almost mummified piece of pizza on top of the wardrobe cabinet, along with old plastic spoons, sugar, dirt and a lot of dust. We only discovered this because we were looking for our son’s goggles, which had been misplaced after being left by the pool. If we had seen this on the first day, we would have checked out and contacted Expedia immediately. We have pictures as proof. The pool was dirty, there were not enough lounge chairs, and the pool towels were basically the size of hand towels. Breakfast was extremely basic and exactly the same every day. The location was convenient, but unfortunately that does not make up for the poor cleanliness and maintenance. We feel we deserve compensation for such a disappointing stay and hope management takes this seriously. Sincerely, Valerie DeFina

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and we had a very pleasant experience. There were just two things I didn’t particularly like. Breakfast is only served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM, which feels a little early when you’re on vacation and would like to sleep in. The biggest downside for me was the $20 per night parking fee. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces on its own property, so I don’t really understand why guests have to pay an additional fee just to park their car. In my opinion, parking should be included for hotel guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the hotel.
