Great stay friendly staff !!! They have breakfast room was clean … some imperfections yes but I would definitely stay there again !!!

I always take the time to read the details and reviews before booking a hotel. The pictures looked nice and there were several good reviews, so I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the experience in person was very different from what I expected. The room was listed as 248 sq. ft., but it did not feel anywhere close to that size. There was barely enough space, and I didn’t even have a proper place to put my luggage.The biggest issue was the cleanliness and condition of the bathroom. It smelled moldy and old, to the point that I was uncomfortable even using it. I felt like instead of getting myself clean, I would come out feeling even less clean.I checked in late at night, around 10:30 PM, after having a very long day, so I didn’t have the energy to complain that night. The next day, I asked if they could move me to a different room because I was uncomfortable with the condition of the bathroom and could not properly use it. I was told there were no other rooms available, even though it appeared that there were plenty of rooms available.What made the situation even worse was being told that I could check out and then wait until 4 PM to check in again. Honestly, that was one of the worst solutions I have ever been offered by a hotel. I always look carefully at the pictures, details, and reviews before I book, but unfortunately, this place was much different in person than what was shown online. I will not be coming back.

Ask for towels do the fact there was only one set in the room and they didn't have any clean sets do to not ready ....

There was an indoor and outdoor seating area. Outdoor area was beautiful and peaceful to sit and eat while also enjoying the flowers and birds. The elevator was outdated and will need its own renovating soon so take stairs if possible. Overall, good stay and would stay here again👍

The property appears to have been renovated. Bathroom has a smell like sitting water or mildew odor and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.

U happy with my stay. No hot water in shower and shower pressure sucked. No hand soap or toiletries in shower. Called front desk but was never helped. The bed wasn't the greatest either.

Bathroom smells really bad and the sink water was stuck didn’t go down to the drain. Breakfast was no so good.

The room was comfortable and clean. The outdoor pool area is nice. The overall hotel renovation updates look great and modernized. My only complaint is that the bed sheets felt scratchy to me and to my whole party. I would suggest the property to select different bed sheets for their guests. I ended up using one of my t-shirts as a pillowcase to sleep on. The bed itself felt comfortable, but the pillow cases and sheet felt uncomfortable.

The only thing that needs to be updated is the jacuzzi. The chlorine of the jacuzzi in this hotel was so strong that you can still smell even you already washed the swimsuit you wore. Then , itches your skin

So at was nice. Location was good except for being next to the metro train. Seemed safe. Small room and didn’t have shampoo and only 1 soap. No “do not disturb” sign and no offer to clean room. Loud metro-train several times per hour. Only microwave was downstairs and ice only on 1 floor.

The area was nicely tucked away and was in a pretty safe area. Some sheets did have stains as well as the body wash provided was broken off the wall, but there was a nice TV with all you needed on it. Overall clean and cheap so can’t complain much.

Room was clean. Very cozy bed. Elevator was a bit slow but everything else was well maintained. Best part was the hotel breakfast. It was freshly made every morning and I loved the food. Didn’t feel like I would have to eat outside.
