The property was beautiful and it reminds you fir the Hawaiian islands. Very relaxing. However, the key cards did not work for the gates. So we had to always call for help if we came or left the property. Also the mattress on my bed, needs to be changed, it was very lumpy and may have a spring lose. But other than that. The staff was great and the amenities were great. I would stay again.

Dirty-no filtration on A/C = very blackened thru dust, pollen, and pollution all over the ceiling within 10 feet of the A/C vent for the room. I had a view for $850 for one night. OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITY FOR THE HOTEL FROM MY BALCONY! The staff was great but NOT WORTH IT! No, not really….

It was fine

Older resort for sure, that being said my family and I love this place. Full of charm, nice layout, perfect for families with kids. They have parrots and cockatoos, that have been there for long time and they’ll talk to you. Good food onsite, nice beach area with all the rental stuff (bikes, SUP boards, kayaks, boats). I highly recommend this place for families. Perfect location. Nothing fancy, but perfect for families.

Exceptional

Walkable access to beach and restaurants. Refrigerator provided. Rooms were tight. Parking was not free. Paper cups for coffee. Quite tacky for a 4 star hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel.

When we arrived while they did try to make things right the parking fee that was suppose to be free for our inconvenience was still charged and also we were supposed to not be charged any resort fees I did request as well that we be on a low due to the fact that my son has a disability and high force were not an option when we got there they let us know that we would be on the 11th floor while we did speak to a manager and they did help us and lower the floor to the first floor. I feel like this should have already been taken care of since I did call in advance and make notes. I paid $600 to not experience the resort at all. The resort in itself is very beautiful, but I feel very taken advantage of. I am waiting to hear back from my manager for the reimbursement of the parking fee and to see if they will discount more the room because like I said we did not enjoy nor experience all the amenities that were promised

The staff were never rude, but almost everything seemed to require more effort than it should. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. On one day our room was left without clean towels or coffee. We travelled nearly 5,000 miles from the UK for our holiday, so this was meant to be a special part of the trip. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that it genuinely took the shine off our holiday. The location is fantastic, but unfortunately that was the only part of the stay that felt worthy of the price. The resort did very little to make the experience feel special or memorable. I think the management needs to take a serious look at what this hotel is supposed to represent and whether the experience currently matches the rates being charged. At present, it feels more like a basic self-catering apartment complex than a resort hotel. Sorry to be so blunt, but when you have travelled 5,000 miles and paid these prices, it is reasonable to expect considerably more.

Beautiful grounds, amazing location, festive atmosphere! Very helpful staff! Dante was amazing, he kindly took my request to move me to another part of the hotel. I was upgraded to a phenomenal room at no extra charge. This really showed phenomenal customer service and I greatly appreciate his personal touch to really make this family vacation so memorable! Five stars for Dante! ***** Nothing

Great Place! Variant prices are unfair. I felt Expedia should have stated there were resort fees and parking fees of over $500.00.

It’s so close to beach 7 min walk and just so easy to walk back and forth along w great amenities and extra things to do in the evenings at the resort.

Superb

The air conditioning was the oldest and super loud. It was right next to the bed and made it impossible to sleep whether due to the noise or the direct wind coming out to the bed
-
The location of the Catamaran and vibe of the resort is wonderful. The rooms are dated.
-
A/C could work better.. pool should be larger, as well as deck around pool and chairs/loungers

Loved my stay, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, yummy food. I am definitely going back again soon.
