Cookies upon check-in are always a great treat. The challenge is just that this place is old and past. It’s prime so it needs some investment to compete with more recently built hotels in the area. We only chose it because we had a last-minute trip for a College visit and alternatives were unavailable.

My car got hit in the small ass parking garage you have. And the lady at the front was not useful. Worst architect of parking ever
-
Small details make a big difference when paying for rooms. Also, the Parking fee is $33 a night, parking is limited and the garage is very narrow.
-
Hot tub was filthy, place is way over priced for what it is, paid extra for higher level with a balcony to have a view of the roof of the lower level
-
The staff is excellent! The rooms and entire facility is clean. This is the reason why I keep returning.

Beautiful place will stay again

Not a good hotel
-
It was clean and affordable.

The hotel room was extremely dingy and dated. The carpets were stained, wallpaper was peeling all over the place, the shower didn’t drain properly while in use so water pooled forcing quick showers, and furniture was damaged. Instead of there being a sofa in the room as advertised there was a twin bunk bed. We didn’t need the extra sleeping space, we selected a room advertised with a sofa to have a place to lounge that wasn’t a bed so that was very disappointing. The parking garage onsite was a whole additional nightmare, the corners were so tight it took forever coming and going due to only being able to drive 2 mph up and down. On top of that, the garage elevator barely worked and needs serious maintenance. The front desk staff was very nice, that was the only positive during our stay. Whoever took the photos shown on the website deserves a promotion, since I feel like we were grossly misled and catfished.

About of bums around but the store close by was nice
-
Rooms are dirty, and there is lice in their pool, hotel manager Kimberly refusing to take accountability or give refund. Don’t stay here.
-
Parking structure is extremely tight for midsize vehicles. Heating room did not work. Carin room was very worn out and needs replacement. Breakfast was excellent.

staff are friendly.

Overall, nice stay. The jacuzzi didn’t really have good bubbles and the parking/ garage was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was fine though, especially for location. Thank you.
-
Check details in booking, extra fees for breakfast and parking. Microwave only available in the lobby.
-
Door was broken, AC was broken and pushing out heat (no maintenance despite saying they would, only gave us a fan…), extremely limited parking that has no direct access to hotel (horrible for luggage), elevators in parking garage also out of service, and they wouldn’t give us cookies. Also charged my card for another room’s purchases.
-
For the price they charge. They should be able to upkeep and maintain the rooms and areas. Way over priced for a low quality experience.
-
This hotel has the worst parking situation especially for a paid parking.

The property is old, worn and tired out. As I needed a wheelchair accessible room suite for 5 adults, it was one of the few on hotels.com. The room did not have space for a wheelchair to move around. The bathroom had pull up bars, but the shower did not work properly. The tub was too small to put a shower chair in it and it did not drain while showering. If you are a disabled person or with a disabled person this property is not for you. The staff did their best to accommodate us and provide discounts for our inconvenience. They brought us a microwave, and later a new ironing board when ours fell apart. If you have the need for a roll in shower and king bed it may be fine, but they do not have a family suite that’s adequate.

really liked it – the rooms are clean, there’s covered parking
