What breakfast, coffee and granola bars do not constitute a breakfast, no lids for coffee, no plain creamer, only flavored. The night staff, David, was very friendly and helpful. A C worked well The carpet in the room was frayed and filthy, I put on my shoes to walk to the bathroom in the middleof the night as I didn'twant to touch the floor. There was a tiny bug crawling in my bed when I pulled back the sheets. The paint was peeling off the tub. Felt creepy!

Absolutely nothing. My stay was cancelled by the property 7.5 hours before my check-in for 9 days. Explanation, if you could call it that , was due to the fact they just started renovations 2 days before. OMG. It was the weekend of comic con and it was our summer vacation for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Nothing. The management is completely disorganized. Anyone who has renovated anything is aware that it takes months of planning. The hotel should have foreseen that this was a problem and cancelled months in advance. The person who called said he had hundreds of reservations to cancel, so unfortunately there were hundreds of people who missed there planned vacation as well. Yikes.

This is a filthy outdoor outdated and out of touch property posing as a hotel. Stay away from it! I was checked into room 112 by an inexperienced laundry attendant given responsibility for the overnight shift. I genuinely felt bad for her. She was polite and attentive and all but was glue-less about the operating system and procedures for checking in a guest. The property is dark and dismal. Good luck finding your room and reading the room numbers without getting out of the car to find your room after dark. Literally the room number sign on each door is pointless. As if. That was frustrating enough … When I finally found the room I opened the door to the absolute worst odor of pesticide. The carpeted floor was spiked with stains from the Vietnam war era. There was a water puddle on the bathroom floor. Obviously, this room was marked as cleaned but not inspected. I felt sick to my stomach. When I returned to the front desk for a refund I was told that the Task Manager would not answer her phone and that I needed to call her the next day to discuss a refund. Really!! Stay as far away as you can from the Extended Stay hotel. It’s your worst nightmare!!!

We had our dog and could walk him in the quiet neighborhood area easily. People seemed to respect others by using the poop bags and throwing away. We stayed on the back side of the hotel and found it very quiet. As we had reserved two rooms with persons arriving at different times, the desk staff were very attentive and made every effort to get us as close to each other as possible. There are kitchen supplies, but sometimes they inventory might be a bit lower if sold out. The kitchen is great, but it might not hurt to bring a few supplies from home if you can. Overall, I would recommend this Extended Stay for helpful staff, overall comfort, and great location, with ability to cook your own meals.

I was surprised at the condition of this hotel. Very old and not cleaned well at all. My feet were black after walking out of the shower. There was no shampoo and only one bar of soap in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable and it felt very humid in the room even with the air on. I will not stay here again.

Waited at front desk on a Saturday mid morning for an hour. No one was there

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only complaint was they do not automatically supply shampoo or conditioner. You have to go to the front desk and ask for them. Which I did not figure out until after my shower. I realize it is an extended stay and probably most people bring their own. I know I use to, but with so many hotels now a days having the big bottles affixed to the shower walls, I forgot to bring a small bottle from home. Oh well if I stay there again I will remember to bring Shampoo. It was just an overnight stay, and it was fine.

It was clean, had air conditioning and heater, working showers with hot and cold water, fridge, stoves, microwave, and tv. There was a domestic violence incident in the room next door to mine, and a woman tried to break into my room through my window by ripping the screen door off; She mistook my room for her boyfriends. I called the front and asked them to fix it, and they did, but i continued to hear disturbance afterwards. So it wasn’t really the property’s fault, but i feel like they could have handled it better by at least investigating the woman who was still on the property, which i did tell them about. Maybe they need security as well to prevent things like that in the future.

Check in Shower fixtures did not work properly.

It was a good stay for the price and area.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick and room was clean and decent for the price.

It was quiet Staff is very rude. I called to see if I was able to extend my stay for sn additional night and was told I could look online. When I said I wasn't sure what type of room I had booked I was trested like I was an idiot. Ultimstely I was told nothing could be done over the phone not even telling me if I was able to extend. Also the stove did not work. The free breakfast in the morning is coffee, pre packaged mini muffins and oatmeal packages that you can mix with hot water. I will never go back
