Slow check in process. 2 people working and only 6 waiting in line. Took almost an hour to check in. Overall grounds were good but no soap in shower

Outdated Marriott-with limited soundproofing so cleaning staff loud walkie talkie wasn’t buffered. Cleaning service only comes once-if your DND sign is on in the morning and you leave and are gone all day and night-they don’t check a second time unless you call front

Friendly staff and clean room. I wish there was an ice machine

The room was clean and the property was well maintained. FYI: I only spent two nights there.

The room. The staff. She racially profiled me as another guest, handed me his room keys, and then proceeded to blame me for her mistake. For clarity, I called the front desk on the way there to check if my room is ready. She said yes. So, when I walked in, I told her ‘we spoke on the phone and that we were ready to check in’, to which she responded excitingly, ‘yes, I was just talking to you.’ She handed me some key cards and told me my room number and told me she would comp my parking permit for the weekend. I was thrown off with the complimentary parking, that I didn’t think twice about what happened. I walked into someone else’s room. The man she mistook me for was wearing a business suit and a crew cut with a much deeper voice than mine. I was wearing shorts and a tank top. The man looks at least 10 years older than me. So, I am not sure how she thought he and I looked the same other than being Asian with glasses. I walked back to the front desk to find her on the phone with that same man. She hung up, and stated that I should have told her that I wasn’t him (as if I had known who the other man was). She proceeded to charge me for parking for both nights when I only had parking for one night. The employee’s name is Enid.

Room wasn't finished being set up and ready for guests when I checked in. Also systems were down and I was unable to get room keys until the next day.

Super friendly staff, clean room, quiet hotel. Bonus that’s it’s right across the street from an awesome brewery tucked into an office campus.

A little far from where we wanted to be, but it served its purpose.

Great service and convenient location for this trip. We would definitely return.

Rooms are what you would expect for a corporate hotel. Nothing fancy, just a good place to crash for the night. Our only issue was that the toilet took 30 minutes to refill after 1 flush. If you’re looking to avoid the touristy areas, this is an excellent option:

Check in was seamless, the room itself was clean and easy access. They had a lot of anemetites. Lots of parking, though you do have to pay. Really close to restaurants and the freeway. The bed was super comfy. TV connection, and the pillows could be better, but these are minor for me.

Overall great. Was near where we needed to be and overall property was good.
