Management allows/encourages sales staff to aggressively sell timeshares during breakfast and happy hour. It made me upset with how pushy they were. My room was a little shabby and rundown. The finish was peeling off the fake leather couch and there was a water leak in some room on the floor below mine that required 3 maintenance men to enter my room early in the morning. Also, the AC was loud at night and the hot tub was rarely hot and very foamy. I'm glad we didn't get sick for trying to use it. The breakfast and happy hour are fine, but the lack of new options makes the whole thing unappetizing at the end of a week's stay. The staff closed down several sections of the main reception area for events that were happening in their ballroom during the day which made seating scarce. I had to circle with my food and family, waiting for someone to give up their seat. The parking fee is outrageous, so we decided to find street parking and walk to the hotel each night. You can probably do better trying somewhere else.

The place was decent. The room was ready a bit after we got there, but the staff did not send the message to notify us. This was after I told them can you let us know when the room gets ready.

Included hot breakfast Large room

Too noise. Too crowded. Not enough tables to sit during breakfast. Hallways dirty. Not staying there again.

Excellent services Delish breakfast Big suites and very comfortable
-
The parking was extra and cost almost as much per day as the rental car. The room came with included amenities, but only if you reminded the staff every day.

The daily breakfast buffet was wonderful

Excellent service overall. Great perks for staying just 1 night. The only downside was the jacuzzi was lukewarm and not as hot as it should have been. Other than that we would definitely stay there again!

We had three rooms at different stories at the hotel and all of them had furniture where the arms were torn and scratched and worn. We were in town for my nephew's college graduation and his furniture was in much better condition than the furniture in our rooms. All three of us were given different excuses as to why the furniture was in this condition. This is definitely not a Hilton Quality Property but they sure had no problems charging us Hilton prices

Not a bad hotel—just okay.

Shower was a bit outdated.

It was a nice hotel with a fairly nice room. The staff was fine, a bit rude but fine. Wasn’t expecting to pay $46 to park per night. That was a fun surprise when we got there.
-
Location was convenient for my event. Free breakfast is nice Room is little dark.
-
I liked it was close to Scripps Hospital. Didn’t like the rooms. Out dated and made you feel like you were staying on a shelf. Will not book again.

We enjoyed our stay here. We usually have complaints about hotels but I don't think we have a single one. Our kids loved the koi pond and feeding the fish in the mornings. The food was good and staff was friendly. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the cocktail hour. We did order from the restaurant one night and while the food was good, it was $30 for a very tiny portion of meat and some polenta. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were great and overall it was a very nice experience.

It’s time to update the sofas as they’re worn out
