Check in was at 4pm.... Our room wasn't ready until 5:20pm. Was charged and $300 non-refundable smoking fee at the exact minute we got our room key. Obviously, an error, but they would not take it off my invoice. I called the property 10 times in 11 days after our stay to try to get it taken care of and was told each time that the Manager (Annalisa) would call me back and fix the issue. Never once received a call back from the Manager. Piss poor management at the hotel in my opinion. Finally had to get Hilton Honors involved and they still couldn't remedy the issue because only the Manager of the hotel property can fix a billing issue, supposedly. Finally talked to some one at the hotel that was competent, I believe her name was Amber. She was finally able to take care of the issue after over a week and a half of phone calls. Piss poor overall experience at the hotel.... Period!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The happy hour was fun. The kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish during the morning feeding time. Very family friendly. Breakfast was great. The parking was not working properly. The keys were not linked to the machines so you had to call the help desk to open. A few times took up to 5 min of sitting in the car to open.

Helpful staff rating should be changed to 5, Overall was not terrible I pushed that by accident. That was more a 3. And the only knock is that the furniture needs to be replaced it was worn and torn and the tub shower is something out of the 90's. This is an expensive hotel you need to upgrade.

Great comfortable beds and clean facilities. Breakfast included and they have a great bar too.

Hotel shows significant wear and tear everywhere. Furnishings are generally worn out. Bed sheets, towels are clean, but feel as though they've been through many drying cycles. Silverware and dishware in bar / dining area are heavily worn out too. Service had some highlights and low lights. Generally, staff try to be helpful where they can. I was able to extend stay when it was really helpful. On the other hand, basic amenities like slippers were missing from the rooms, and concierge wasn't able to help with it.

Really liked the omlettes

The extensive buffet breakfast was wonderful and included in the price of the room. Then the ability to rent beach equipment came in very handy.

This property charged my card, my reservation was a pay at hotel option. I canceled and they still charged my card. The account team is never available for questions, we will never stay here again. Be careful dealing with particular location!

Once we pulled the mattress out it was pure springs on your back there was no comfort at all it was like a jail mattress. Needless to say they needed to replace that mattress 2 years ago. I couldn't believe a hilton hotel would have that in their property. It was a big shame. But overall I would stay there again just not get one with a pull out couch.

Almost $30 for a “destination fee” (whatever that is) and $46 for ONE night of parking in a garage. No valet. These are on top of the room charge. Our room was dirty upon check in with stains everywhere. There’s gross boogers on the wall. Stains on the ironing board. Hair in the bathroom and dried contact lenses. Everything is worn out, peeling, and dirty. And the A/C sounds like a jet engine is taking off inside the wall.
