Sheraton La Jolla Hotel

Only stayed one night for sleep

Perfect location for visiting San Diego/La Jolla/UC San Diego area. Staff friendly and professional, rooms were great!

Very nice pool and staff.

This hotel is in a very convenient area close to a freeway and many food and shopping areas. The property has beautiful outside leisure areas and very secure remote access parking lot (parking is $30 a day though sadly). My only complaint is that the morning after the 1st night we arrived there were ants all over our bathroom (AND I’M ALLERGIC!), but we told the front desk and they switched us to a new room immediately. Very nice beds, nice updated shower, TV is easy to use, convenient couch in the room, and beautiful view into the outside area.

Great location for a hotel. Nearby Whole Foods and CVS within walking distance. Great coffee spot nearby, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters.

Great 2 night stay, located close to local shops and food outlets. Staff helpful and lovely pool area

Staff was great. We got back to the hotel late and I had to put my sleeping toddler to bed. The new sheets that were put on the bed had a red stain on it. We had to cover it with a towel just so we could use the bed. Couldn't call to get it immedately changed because having someone come in would wake my son.

I communicated to the hotel by the messaging and no response. It is a pet friendly hotel, yet I was charged for my pet.

The 30$/ day parking is slightly a scam at the property considering there’s free parking right outside. For the hotel and price of it and based on the location it’s not quite a smart move. In addition we found a spider in the room. I also think location wise in the future I may want to book somewhere more in La Jolla or downtown San Diego/ little Italy area. The hotel is somewhat removed in a little shopping complex. Beds were clean and the pool was nice.

Housekeeping cleanliness I had a view of the rear parking lot and train passing by, with a lot of noise as I was next to the elevator. Early check-in was not available and was not offered to use any amenities while waiting for my room. The receptionist (male) only offered me a chair to sit in while waiting.

Lush garden property that has been remodeled. Close to Scripps and other medical facilities. Large, clean rooms.
