This property made it very comfortable for our family. The front desk was very helpful and kind, the pool was great for the kids, fire pit made it relaxing and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Check in was easy and the staff were excellent. Pool and fire pit area could use a lot of improvement. The security guard during the night was very rude and a person with no social skills, hope Hyatt can hire security guards who are customer service oriented and personable. The worst thing my wife and I witnessed is that people can bring their dog in the firepit area during breakfast and they were feeding their dogs with the same breakfast that was being served and these are the same people who also went inside the breakfast area and handled food without washing their hands after feeding or touching theior dogs. There has to be some type of compliance for food safety. The furniture in the fire pit area had dog hair and food stains which was horrible to sit in. Pets should not be allowed in certain areas of the hotel and not everyone is dog or pet friendly and they should be respected as well as the pet owners. Staff should be able to enforce all hotel rules and not just certain ones that they choose to. We take a pride in being members of Hyatt and we do go out of our way to be loyal customers, when there is always a cheaper option out there for hotel.

Breakfast is excellent, and the staff keep the offerings full. Staff is always helpful, even the late night ones.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I enjoyed the standard complimentary breakfast. In terms of the room, it was a bit underwhelming, as it wasn't particularly clean, with a dusty wall.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had some concerns that maintenance had to address and they moved me to another room that was upgraded. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and did everything to correct the issues.
