Always a very nice decent place to stay

We have been staying at the extended stay now for a few months. Amir has been really helpful and accommodating with our needs. He always goes above and beyond for the guests.

The room itself was in very poor condition. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets were very thin, and no blanket was provided. There were no extra towels available. The shower and tub appeared old, yellowed, and rusted, and I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room and floors that I would not walk barefoot and had to wear shower shoes. The appliances were also old and outdated. The refrigerator had a terrible odor that smelled rancid and chemical-like. The bedside lamps did not work, and several electrical outlets were so loose that I could not reliably charge my devices. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the television remote did not function properly. Between the overwhelming chemical odor, cleanliness concerns, uncomfortable bed, deteriorated bathroom, malfunctioning electrical fixtures, and other issues, I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. I ultimately slept in my car in the hotel parking lot rather than sleep in the room I paid for. I requested a refund from the hotel because I was unable to reasonably use the accommodations I purchased. My request was refused, and I was told that I would have to contact corporate.

Over 20 - 30 nats and small bugs throughout. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was stained and the towel rack had built up dirt dirt. I refused to stay there and since it was booked through a third party the office would not refund or cancel my reservation. I was told to go through the third party app to cancel and left and rebooked a hotel elsewhere.

How close it was to the event I was going to It was dirty and the shower was broken. Smelled like old cigarettes

Upon arriving to check-in everything seemed fine, a little outdated but ok… now stepping into our room was a different story, there were spider webs all along the walls and in the lamps, the fridge had multiple stains and the restroom was missing a cabinet door. The room did not feel clean at all! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Great stay. Very comfortable

The only positive thing was that poor underage nightshift reception girl who was desperately trying her best in that filthy nightmare. We had to leave without staying due to the dirt and suspicious activities around. They forced us to pay one night for messing up our vacation. Pictures are not even close to reality.

The pictures of this property are heavily filtered, it was definitely not clean sheets were stained, there was no trashcan in the room it wasn’t very dirty. The shower curtain had mold. The floors did not look swept or mopped. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean but run down. Broken shower handle, cracked seat on the chairs, the bed was awful. A mattress on a generic metal frame. Felt like a cot. It worked for a quick sleepover but definitely not worth the price

The place is okay. If you are in a bind, you can go here, but otherwise, there are better options.
