Ramada Suites by Wyndham San Diego/Hotel Circle Area

Rooms were run down and dirty in the corners. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Probably wouldn’t chose to stay again unless it was one the only options. Online made it sound like it would be mediocre but it was sub par.

The room smelled like sewer and the bathtub didn’t drain well and the water kept dripping from the faucet. Had to keep the window and fan on so it didn’t smell as bad.

the staff is great and they do their best to keep the place clean. there was no issue with my stay at all. breakfast leaves much to be desired, and like the hotel itself, pretty bare bones. but it is cleaned and the staff is truly wonderful so!

We expected a more updated place.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room doesn't have microwave. Other than that it's perfect.

The shower handle was loose

The shower pressure was low but not a big deal and the tub was small.

I had no complaints it was a good stay I'd come back in the future.

Also, the spa itself had black on the sides of the steps as well as some of the walls. Upon mentioning that to the clerk, she was going to take pictures and report it. I don't know if she ever did.

Old property could use updating. $14 a night to park or park on the street for free and take your chances. Lots of tweakers and homeless roaming around the neighborhood so paying for parking was the only logical choice. Emergency exits are not alarmed and other hotel guests prop open the door which makes security a huge risk. Breakfast was below average and only offers basic toast bagel.waffles. No proteins at all.

The breakfast wasn't worth the additional price added to my bill when I thought it was included. There wasn't any hot protein to go with the waffle maker and the coffee was stretched very thin with a lot of water. I didn't like the idea of not being able to get complimentary coffee throughout the day and that there wasn't a blanket in the room.

Customer Service was good. The property is in need of updating. I noticed the large trash can filled with trash overnight. This could cause unexpected rodent activity. The common floor on the floors are dated. Inside our room, I noticed the walls to be damaged and not fully repaired. We were disappointed. Also, we were expecting protein- bacon or sausage and eggs for breakfast. Hopefully, these issues can be resolved soon. My honest opinion.

The bed It's supposed to have 2 queen beds and give us 2 full bed. It charge 14 dollars per day per parking lot. Que front desk lady was no use full and not any customer service skills.
