I like that it’s very close to the activities I was going to do . But it’s a hotel with a lot of roaches in the room it’s very gross i didn’t like it I was not comfortable, and the provided towels smelled disgusting and used

Bathroom could’ve used more attention. Shower and sink weren’t all sanitary

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It was fantastic to be so close to the beach and Seaworld also plus to be surrounded by so many restaurants and stores.

It was hard getting to the Motel thru Google maps. As we always had to exit then do a uturn onto main road.

Experienced a filthy room with roaches. Did not feel safe here.

Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Just what we needed for the night. Neighboring area outside the hotel was sketchy, but felt safe on the third floor.

The only thing I liked was how close it was to the beach. Staff was terrible, I called the day prior making sure I had an early check in after I had gotten an email stating my early check in was approved. The girl on the phone said yes it was approved and I asked her to put a note in my file about it so there would be no confusion. Well, we drove 7 hours there and upon arrival the lady at the front was super sarcastic and said check in wasn’t until 1. I let her know I had called and had an email stating early check in was approved and asked her to check the note on file. She checked it and said yeah I see the note but our check in isn’t until 1, I then asked If it was a mix up on their end and how they could make it better. No resolution, and a terrible sassiness she just said nope check in isn’t now and you can’t get a key. We had plans and it was probably 6 AM, best she could do was let me use the disgusting bathroom. When it was finally time to check in she reminded me about 4 times that she wasn’t gonna charge me an early check in fee. (She had let us check in around 12 (6 hours later than what I told was accepted on email!!) well duh I’d hope you’re not charging me an early check in. Also there was a line of people behind me to check in so multiple rooms must’ve been available. She made sure to give us a room on the very top floor in the very very back so we had to trek our luggage up. Also the stairs are NOT to code lol. Wouldn’t stay here if my life depending on it. They have us 2 throw pillows on the bed and the carpet was disgusting and sticky. Tweakers hanging out on the stairs and just a nasty place to stay.

Our room consisted of one bed, a nightstand and a refrigerator we had one small roundtable, that was big enough for only one person. We had no place to hang clothes. We had no small luggage track to keep our suitcases off the floor we had no desk/credenza, to put things on. Our room had the bare minimum. The carpet was filthy and unfortunately during the night when I got up to use the restroom there were two cockroaches walking across the bathroom sink. Trying to get room service was a joke. By five thirty I had to get my own towels. When I went downstairs to ask why our room had the bare necessities, they said because I didn't order a deluxe room. I didn't know you had to order deluxe rooms to have the normal things hotel rooms have. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and disgusted with this place, Put a big damper on our visit in San Diego. I am not a person who writes these things lghtly, but I want people to know. Be careful what you get.

The price was right and the location is in a good spot in the city. The hotel has done some remolding but it still felt like a an old hotel trying to be better but not quite getting there. The room was clean but sparce. No chair in the room. Parking was fine. The was sort of nice although the hottub was luke warm.

Roaches!!! The room was clean but not completely sealed from the outside. Space from the wall to the ac allows pests in. Sketchy people outside on the parking lot that aren’t staying on the property. Ended up leaving after we found roaches in the room. Stayed about 3 hours tops.

The tv didn’t have Netflix but anyway the beds were fine and very comfortable so that was good

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Room wasn’t bad but the hotel itself and the location is kinda sketchy. The location was very close to SeaWorld and the swapmeet.

A lot of deferred maintenance. Good location and price.
