Everything was as expected. No issues.

We got there exactly at 4pm, the girl at the front desk proceeds to tell me she’s putting me on an early check in list. I asked her aren’t we here on time? She tells me the room isn’t ready and there are 4 people ahead of me. Nothing was offered to us. We waited a hour for a room meanwhile the people we came with got checked right in. I had to ask for water and to top it off the two workers at the front desk were arguing and the girl stormed out and left me with no answers. I had to repeatedly walk to the front desk to ask if the room was ready and then I find out I don’t even get a breakfast pass.

Clean property, nice staff, rooms were clean. The only thing was house keeping missed cleaning the shower well. There was gum in the shower which grossed me out.

Great quiet location close enough to things to do but not loud and crowded Wasn’t thrilled with one front desk staff member. Quite unfriendly.

Our room was cozy and clean. Staff was nice and the visitors were lovely as well. Didn’t get a chance to lounge by the pool but it looked nice.

Everyone was so nice. Working with Booking.com was a nightmare but the stay at the property was great. Having to deal with Booking.com to get there. Impossible to reach.

The most important stay at Hilton Garden Inn is customer service. Especially, manager Christoper was very attentive, friendly and professional. He made myself and family feel at home as if we known him for a long time. Also the rest of the staff was welcoming. Thank you all.
