The aesthetic is beautiful but after checking in, the spa could use some updating.. The adult pool had undies on the floor, bandaids on the pool floor. Just felt more attention to detail would make this 5 star… a pool attendant and small bar in the adult area would be amazing instead of QR code

The resort checked all the boxes. The golf, restaurant, and pool areas were all above par. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely returning next year.

Everyone there was extremely helpful. The food is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The scenery of the property is beautiful and breathtaking. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much to everyone who works there.

This is a stately and beautifully curated hotel. The grounds were lovely and extensive, the rooms were wonderful, and everything was high quality.

Property was getting tired. Family pool was u kept. Lounges and umbrellas stained, pool and jacuzzi finishes needed updating. Adult pool was in better condition. Resort as a whole was grossly overpriced. The only factor worth the money was the Valet parking.

My family and i loved our stay at the Rancho Bernardo inn. Everyone was so friendly. The room was very clean.

The carpets were wet The jacuzzi was broken The valet did damage to my car , and won’t let me see footage from cameras , so now tanned to call the police :( The spa was lovely, yet a little disorganized… So sorry , I expected more , as it was booked for my birthday

Staff was great and welcoming. The only negative is that the exterior of the rooms are in need of repair. Beds are comfortable and in house coffee and tea were surprisingly good. We will be back! Golf course is stunning!

The room was clean upon check-in but, I guess housekeeping has to be requested because I didn’t get any services and I was there 3 nights. I think that housekeeping should be offered if your stay is more than 2 days.

My sister walks with a walker and that was a little difficult as it is very spread out, but a beautiful property. The restaurant is very good , we had a baby, 5 year old and a small service dog, the staff was very accommodating!

The dining options were outstanding! Every meal we had was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It was a treat for the whole family. However, I did notice that the family pool could use some attention. Compared to the adults pool and the spa pool, the family pool isn’t as inviting. It seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from more regular cleaning. Pool umbrellas are dirty, pool loungers don’t have cushions, overall not as nice as the other pools. Ensuring a fresh and inviting space for families would really elevate the experience. Overall, I highly recommend it!!
